yeah but what happens if it takes me a while to get to sleep? what if i need to pee? google says 20 minutes is optimum time for a nap but i don’t think i’ll fall asleep INstantly but if i set it for 30 minutes i might fall asleep quickly and then i’ll be tired for the rest of the day there are too many variables and i am so stressed

Smiling sunflowers greet visitors in Tokyo
These cartoonish sunflowers have brightened the field in Tokyo, as well as many visitors, after workers created a smiling expression on them by removing pistils on their surface. According to metro.co.uk, among the nearly 20,000 sunflowers in the field, there are only a few that are able to smile. Can you spot them all?
