New Era, New Me

So, since I'll be done with school soon I think it's about time I do a reboot. Aqua will now be @drakroseawing764's OC do whatever you want with her as you own her now. But, also Indovenator will be retiring as a main character due to controversy surrounding him.

Plans for Taxonomy Part 1

So, first post on this new game, and I may do a post every month. I am considering to add taxonomy into this game that I call "Tacksonomis".

The taxonomy will be split into 11 ranks (4 of which are optional) those being Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Subfamily, Infrafamily, Genus, Species, Subspecies, and Infraspecies. The more closely related a creature is to another the more likely that they can breed, so two creatures in entirely different kingdoms can't breed at all without special tools.

Kingdoms are based solely on the creature's primary type and they're most inclusive of all ranks. But I think it's time to end it here.

Plans for the future

So, since 2025 is around the corner I'd like to make some plans for the future. First of all there'll be a new account that will only post non-spec, dinosaur, and kaiju content and I will (try to) start development on a new game. Also I will create a fanart gallery with the artist's consent of course.

Let's say an average giraffe has equal proportions of all of these parts which will be set 30%. So like a giraffe with 15% neck will have half the neck to an average giraffe.

Universal's squirteel

The Universal's squirteel (Loligoanguila universali), is a large species of squirteel. They are found in what was formerly Utah. Males are typically around 1.8 feet and about 14 pounds, while females are half that. Though despite their appearance they are actually distant descendants to elephants that squirt ink when threatened.

I am back after being inactive for a while, and no I am not dead.

Cornatotyrannus

This is the C-rex, it evolves from the U-rex which evolves from the T-rex. They've lost the spikes in for larger horns and they are much larger now. The C-rex now hunts Sauropods.

Here's my realistic take on a Vampire. They are bats obviously. But the babies do feed on blood, while the adults eat fruit.

Aquapterygians Part 1

230 MYH Aquapterygians are fully aquatic pinniped descendants that have taken up various marine niches. They still have four fins and short tails. a) The coastal ocean dragon (Thalassodraco plesiosauroides) is a species of plesiosaur-like Dolichopterygian that mainly hunts small fish. These predators lived in what was then Japan and Australia. b) The long-finned neowhale (Novobalaena anisopteryx) is a species of Novobalaenid Brachyptergian that fills the niches left by the baleen whales. They're about 90 tons in mass and live in what was then Antarctica, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Canada. c) Shorcas (Neorca neorca) are the sole living members of the family "Neorcidae," once a much larger group but now relegated to this one species. They are a worldwide taxon and exist as the apex predator in many ocean ecosystems on this future Earth.

Pigs have fully diversified into tons of niches, and this is one of those. Filling the leftover niches left by the recently extinct sirenians and bearing tusks like those of the long-extinct Deinotheres. They mainly feed on seagrass; adults usually have no predators, but young do.

FreddyFan95's Parasynapsid made accurate || Magnusaurus

Early depictions of this animal show it as a more spinosaur-like animal; however, a recent study makes Magnusaurus look unlike the sailed fish eaters. Belonging to a strange group of Parasynapsida. But it is still up for debate on whether or not they're true synapsids or just a case of convergent evolution. But the recent description of the Pilosatheriid Parasynapsid Nyembambarhychus in 2023 showed that the group could be stem-Synapsids.

The Hunt in Yosemite || 35 MYH

Here, we see a long-eared fangcat (Tyrannocraniofelis leocursor) hunting down a blue-streaked trunpala (Caudotherium cyanops). Despite this herbivore's ungulate-like appearance, it's actually a descendant of civets that have become herbivorous. Also, we see a mother firenose (Soricoporcus pyrorhinus) looking after her offspring; these creatures are shrew-like descendants of pigs.

So, this is my first post of 2024. So, Happy New Year everyone, and let's get started. So, I will be a starting a new era of where I will (try to) make a new spec project that'll stick.

Osiris: A paradise like Earth || Introduction

So, after my massive flop that was Venus III, I have decided to start everything all other. So, that is why I introduce my new project Osiris, which this planet is like Earth and even having 1 moon named "Horus". The planet's name Osiris was named after the Egyptian god of the same name, who is the god of fertility, agriculture, the afterlife, the death, resurrection, life, and vegetation. On Osiris very familiar groups that we would see on Earth can be seen, like dinosaurs, and mammals, but Osirian tetrapods are different to Earth tetrapods due to them having 8 legs, and not the usual 4, and they have 4 eyes not 2. The temperature of Osiris is around 11 degrees Celsius, but nonetheless Osiris is identical to Earth.

This is my new Spec Evo/Worldbuilding Project, and btw this might be the last post for 2023. So, see you guys in 2024 if this is my last post for this year.
