-about 600 discord messages (possibly more, rounded to the nearest hundred from 442 found from keyword search + estimated messages sent in other servers, a different language, or mispelt)

-about 300 instagram messages (an estimate since theres no keyword search that i know of on instagram)

-about 8 archived or deleted instagram posts

-around 30 instagram stories (rounded from 14 found in archive + an amount i forgot from another archive)
