There's a post going around with screenshots from a tweet showing costumes worn by Yuuri and Viktor in the cover art for the Yuri!!! On Ice Select Book. However, the tweet falsely claims they were made for the movie.
So, let's do some debunking!
Here are the reference images from my copy (note the description in the 2nd and 3rd image):

Here's a translation of the costume descriptions in the book. Yes, that's right. They made the costumes exclusively for the book.
This page shows the title of Yuuri and Viktor's programme (Phantom of the Opera).

The costumes have been designed for two adult characters and all the sketches show Yuuri and Viktor as their adult selves as well, not as teenagers.
That's all the debunking I can offer you because there's really no big secret behind it.
If you don't own a copy of the YOI Select Book, it takes only 5 seconds to find all the necessary information about these costumes on google. For example, the YOI Wiki has a page about it as well.
I'm asking you in all kindness to please be careful what information you spread!
Edit: Added two pictures for clarity. Also thanks to @blonndiec for providing additional information in the comments 🩷
I'm not going to reblog the post because I'm loathe to give misinformation a platform, but I guess that most people have already seen it anyway.

I just rewatched Yuri on Ice, because, you know (rip). Maybe because this time I could watch it all in one go instead of waiting week by week for new episodes, but: wow there is so much more I noticed this time around in the progression of Yuri's skating program through the series.
So up until the final episode, the arc of Yuri's program is about him embodying the idea that he's selfishly seducing Victor away from the world of skating. It's pretty clearly done out of defense - he feels insecure about Victor quitting to become his coach, and the other characters are very vocal about criticizing him for taking Victor out of the competition (some jokingly, some very much not). To get through it, he has to use the strategy of turning the thing that people hate about you into your armor so they can't hurt you with it anymore.
But - this changes at the Grand Prix Final. He's struggling with watching Victor interact with this world that Victor so clearly belongs in, wondering if he's preventing Victor from living the life he wants. And Yuri is not really that selfish of a person, despite him having spent an entire season trying to convince himself that he is. So he decides he's going to leave skating forever and set Victor free.
And ooooof watching his final free skate after this hits so hard. Like: this is Yuri getting on the ice for what he believes will be the very last time, skating a program about letting both Victor and the world of figure skating go. But it's different now, because unlike the last time he wanted to quit, this time he's not leaving out of insecurity or fear, but out of love - out of wanting to watch the people you love be the best they can be, even if that means they have to leave you behind.
and then they choose to stay together anyway because they both realize that "being the best they can be" is when they are around each other. ohhhhohhohhhhhhh my god I'm gonna cry

It's been 3 days since I've finished my latest rewatch of Yuri!!! On Ice and I'm still reeling with all the small, gentle touches during Yuuri and Viktor exchange during the gala and how smoothly they are integrated into the choreography as a testimony of their love.

These touches don't happen in the spur of the moment, they are well-practised details of the routine. Every little movement causes a change in momentum and movement and thus affects one's balance. Add a slippery surface and interactions with a partner to the equation and a fleeting touch turns into a feature that demands to be planned and excuted timely.
The touches being part of the routine takes away nothing from their significance - on the contrary. They show the love and care Yuuri and Viktor have poured into this routine and thus symbolise the love and care they poured into their relationship. They are a part of the story Yuuri and Viktor tell through this programme - the story of their love.
Note how at first, Yuuri skates alone. He's fighting alone, expressed through the jumps, copying Viktor and trying to catch up with him. There's a reason why the part until Viktor arrives is exactly the same as Viktor's FS. Then, Viktor takes over and pulls Yuuri along. He woos Yuuri and supports him [the lift]. Eventually, Yuuri reciprocates his feelings [the caress of Viktor's cheek and the soft, loving smile right afterwards].
From there, they skate side-by-side as partners and skaters of equal skill, which gives us a glimpse into their future.
Eros portrays the physical and sensual aspects of Yuuri's feelings, Yuri On Ice showcases his love in a wider and more general sense and narrates the story of him and Viktor from his own viewpoint. In the gala version of Stammi Vicino, he and Viktor tell their story together in the grand conclusion of Yuuri's season theme.
