Need to get back on track!

Having fallen off the health wagon once again, it's easier to quit smoking than it is to eat healthy & exercise (made worse now its darker in the evening) I need to sort myself out and get back on track. Stop eating junk food 24/7 and get my running going again even if the weather is rubbish! I'll keep you all posted, wish me luck!
