I had known Renee for a few years and interviewed and hired her to be the Event Photographer for a Vintage/ 50's event run through Kur-ing-gai council. She was incredible. Not only were the shots dynamic and full of life, she seemed to be everywhere at once and captured every moment of the day. The photos were processed and low-res versions uploaded on to the event Facebook page the next day all sorted and filed. She is an incredible Photographer and a great asset at any event.

Shack Life - Book Launch and Exhibition Opening Hazelhurst Regional Gallery and Arts Centre

Saturday 22 April from 2pm Book launch for Shack Life by Ingeborg van Teeseling with guest speaker Elizabeth Farrelly.

A Shack Life Art Exhibition featuring artists associated with the shack communities including Reg Mombossa and Lucy O’Doherty.

Shack Life is an exhibition of artworks by a mix of established artists and members of the shack communities of the Royal National Park. Their works respond to the structure of the shacks, the spirit of the community and the power of the surrounding landscape.

The artworks seek to carry on the tradition of artists engaging with the Royal National Park shack communities as exemplified by artists such as Max Dupain, Hal Missingham and Margaret Olley.
