According to an insider NYADA source who wishes to be unnamed, The NYADA Security Department may ask the Board to instate an emergency shut-off of power to Sciron Square to break up the barricade. 

[Ryder hands over the paper to the next student to read for themselves.]

“If they think shutting off the power is going to break up the barricade, they are total idiots.”

[He looks around at the people who sleep outside to make sure nothing happens to the barricade overnight. There’s a true sense of camaraderie, the same that comes whenever a protest like this occurs at NYADA. Getting up from his spot, Ryder stretches out his back and goes for a walk along the perimeter. As he is checking in on people, he makes sure that everyone has enough blankets or jackets. King walks beside him, basking in all the pets people give him of those that are still awake.

Mercurio: Guys so, sorry to interrupt this conversation, I'm aware this topic is very important and I wouldn't want to stop focusing on it. But I think we have a current problem on campus right now that we can help with, and I wanted to make sure you all knew about what some of us are planning.

Mercurio: We are planning to make a barricade at Sciron, something NYADA can't ignore. We want to protect our people from more shit like the collars to become reality, and to demand for this to obviously be taken away.

Mercurio: If you want to join us, tell everyone you know, to bring food, clothes, anything they would need to stay, we can't know for sure for how long we will be there, but it may be hours or days, depends on how NYADA wants to handle this.

Mercurio: the idea is to make sure they get out the message across, we won't go to class, we won't go to work, we won't go outside Sciron until the collars are taken down and not other threating rule is thrown against Lusus Naturae.

Mercurio: Help to collect food, water, etc is needed, we have people working on that already, but the more the better.

Mercurio: Tomorrow we will start.

Jenga: I'll be there with supplies.

Santana: "Don't lie to me. If you don't trust me, you can back down now." [She says, uncertain.] "I trust you, Ryder. That's why I'm asking you of all people. We are friends. And this would help each other. I have to prepare it first but..." [She offers him her hand.] "Are you with me?"

Ryder: "Don't doubt me." [He says back. Santana had to trust him too. So when she reached out her hand, he only wiped the clamminess off his own again before shaking hers.] "I'm in."

Santana: [She fear this would come.] "You can't have more information. That's the ritual. You have to completely trust the trickster for it to work." [She says. Seriously. Getting more afraid.] "Look, this is why it's hard for us. The thing we need for the ritual to work is the thing we can't get until we do it. Trust. So. Do you trust me or not? Simple as that. If you don't, then it won't work."

Ryder: [He was taken aback by that information. What she was asking for sounded a lot like blind faith. There was so much he was missing from her answers. But if it came down to trust...] "I trust you." [He nodded his head to her and wiped his palms off on his jeans.] "If that's all it takes, then we've got that. You just took care of me. Got me to people that could fix me. That's what a real friend does. And this.. this could help me."

Santana: [She was scared, and hopeful. But that hope was fragile, and Ryder was stepping to it. She was about to say she doesn't have the book anymore.] "Why-why are you aski..." [She tries to calm herself.] "You can't read it. No. But..."[She was afraid of Ryder's answer. This would seal her fate.] "But I can. And I did. I wouldn't lie to you about this." [She lied. With determination.] "Ryder, I take this seriously. The only thing I need...the only thing we need, is you to trust me."

Ryder: [He stared at her, trying to read her eyes. Magic was so temperamental. What could go wrong with this? His heart was already beating fast in his chest. A breath left him and he shook his head.] "I need more information. Like what the ritual takes. Do you know anybody that's done it successfully?"

Santana: [She makes signs to Ryder to enter, and then close the door behind him.] "Alright, this is not me founding a cure or whatever. This is years and years of tricksters searching for a way to do it." [She says, like she was waiting so long to say it.] "I found... I end up with a book. A trickster book. It says how... it has information about the ritual. A ritual to become human." [She has been waiting so long. Talking so fast about it, not knowing how to resume in one conversation years of searching.] "Only tricksters can read it and write on it. It's had been passed on tricksters by tricksters to add information. It's magical, you can't write a lie in the book. I tried. And in the book..."[ In the book there was writen 'I became human.'] "In the book there is written /it works./"

Ryder: [He steps into the familiar room and keeps his focus on her. Ah, now it made sense. Of course tricksters would also be searching for a way to be human completely. The way Santana spoke so fast and stumbled over her words made Ryder more nervous. He starts cracking knuckles to dispel some of the pent up energy.] "...so you have a magical book with the answer to becoming human, but I can't read it because only tricksters can."

Santana: Why? It's not that weird to dream meeting you. I once when I was 16 I dream I made out with myself that's not weird.

She would just look scared, she was, and that's just perfect for what she wants to transmit. She leaves the door open, waiting standing, looking at the hall, waiting for Ryder while tapping her fingers on the door.]
