So long story not so long no more progress on my studio space but hopefully I will have something up sooner rather than later. But here's a small life studio update for those who followed for neat handmade stuff. So currently working on making a place for me to work and make here in northern California. I have a bench but it's not quite ready. Career wise I'm still looking and applying to jobs and residencies. Definitely planning on keeping on making just a little busy lately getting ready to go back to school and setting up the studio. My bench and work space slowly progressing and coming together. Made a recess for my bench mate so it sits flush with the bench top, then filled in the gap with some black silicone so I can prevent metal dust from accumulating. Then I'll be honest I hate flex shaft stands so trying out this monitor stand as a alternative. State flower: Tennessee Iris V2. So finished the flower right before I left TN & the A.C.C. and made the chain while I was waiting for things to settle out.
