sup? its been a feel days that i’ve been mia because of work, college and all that and then... my keyboard broke!! and i have no idea when im gonna replace it... meanwhile today i finally got my hand’s in my brother’s notebook so i might be able to catch up a bit... i’m really sorry. i really love gi and have no intention to leave the rp, i was even planning a second muse :( ... i’m working on getting a new keyboard, so i’ll keep you guys updated! please don’t give up on me. i’ll reply some things today so i don’t get put up on the activity check, i might not be as present but i swear i’m not leaving yet <3

gi didn’t mind the rain, the sky could be as moody as he wanted and he still coudn’t compete with her today. pour some more acid on my wound, she thought leaving her cozy apartment for a walk to the grocery store. she was the most terrible shopper even for simple home things, but wondering around multiple options was the kind of decision making she needed right now. her umbrella failed to protect her body a little bit, but she was glad for the adrenaline feeling, the quick steps becoming rushed while she tried not to fall flat on her butt in the wet ground. 

the nature must have listened to gi’s unfortunate competition settlements because it decided to drop twice as harder by the minute. ‘ fuck, fuck, fuck...’ she mouthed at the same minute a voice called her by the name, turning her face around to put a name to it’s owner. gi couldn’t help her sweet grin, a friend at last! no matter the situation they were both on, it couldn’t get much worse than this. 

‘ pretty boy! ’ she teased him with his nickname, passing a hand throw her much disleaved now half wet hair. ‘ oh, you know. such a wonderful day, i came to appreciate it in full. ’ gi smiled and pointed at her own look then pursued to catch the messy sight of the rainy day.

the only time it was acceptable to have water pouring down on you was in the shower, as far as seojoon was concerned. the fact it was currently raining icy droplets yet again in winter just put him into a grumpier mood than he already was. grumbling inwardly to the sounds of music to match the tone (he always did enjoy feeding his emotions like this), feet stomped along the sidewalk to the beat. tucked as much as he could be into his puffy jacket with a capped head poking out and visor shadowing most of his face, he must’ve looked quite a sight.

he wasn’t paying much attention on his walk from the bus stop to the complex but he did catch sight of a figure in the corner of his eye that made him stop. “gi?” he pondered aloud. fingers placing the music on halt, he kept his gaze to the woman and squinted to try and get a better view along with the help of bringing himself a few steps closer. it was her! “gi? what are you doing out here?”

regardless of her worn out body, she couldn’t help but deny it was a good change of scenario and that soojin was a really good company for this sort of activity. ‘ i see, walking, huh?! it does wonders to your mind, plus your body.’  she winked in the direction of the other, teasing, gi wasn’t sure they were in that stage of joke yet but it was an honest compliment nonetheless. ‘ figures. the world evolved but nature still runs the whole shit.’  laughing she stood up confident like ready to run a mile, cracking her neck and her fingers in position to continue. ‘ did you see some kind of lake around the trail? i would love a good swim right now.’ 

Soojin chuckle. “I-I’ll p-pretend I b-believe in y-you” she teased and chuckle. “Y-Yeah. U-Usually I g-got b-bored s-so I l-like to w-walk a-around” she replied to the other girl and shrug. “P-Plus it h-help me w-writing” she added. “I d-don’t t-think it w-works, u-unnie t-told me h-her p-phone w-wasn’t w-working” she dsaid and chuckle at the other last words. “S-Same, e-especially at c-city b-but I l-like w-walking a-around n-nature” she said. She chuckle. “I c-can w-walk but n-not r-run” she replied joking though it was true.

2017-ish; a flashback starter for @fvyvko​ !!

home has always been a disturbed word to clinge to, gi didn’t knew that until a few months ago. the bliss of innocence was great before that; things would enfold without hardship, all she had to do was be tolerable, quiet, graceful. long ago were the nights in uncertanty of accomplishing an escape, eventually she’d do it.

tonight was the night, discreet and raspy she gathered a bag with a few clothes and just promised to stay away for a while. it wasn’t the first time that month, she slept with a couple of friends and in saunas before, but today she had no place to go. and as scared as that might sound, gi was actually excited for this type of reckless abandon.

she had already burned most of her pocket money with alcolohic bevarages, junk food and a cute bracelet . . . now she was homeless but fashionable at best. most passing on the street would see the half drunk newly young adult girl and be in disregard, fortunally she was too oblivious to care.

gi finally stood by the lamp post of the neighbour thinking how completely lost she was —  in all aspects of life. the water which started raising in her eyes, quickly brushed off with a single head movement. no more mercy for herself.  

maybe it was time to come back crawling, asking for forgiveness or just pretending like nothing happened at all, it was the protocol they knew by heart. but this time was different, gi knew that and deep down she just wanted a prove of such. it was not like she believed in signals, so she just gave up and sitted on the floor like a mutt in the rain, all hope shattered. 

it was only a few minutes till she heard footsetps aproaching, alerting her to be own guard. she wasn’t just a bratty little rich girl running away from home, she knew how to throw a good punch. so she jumped from her feet, ready to do so just in case.

what an eventful night — to say the least. when called upon a few days ago for this gig, gi wouldn’t have imagine what was in store. niki’s festive, huge, marvelous, special and to even say noisy, birthday party. ryu gi only recognized the pattern of niki’s taste when she was already in the establishment hours ago, the glam decorations and that kind of crowd could only meant one thing: this was her ex’s retreat. she was invited to entertain her own heartbreaker.

so much drama to be handled, she thought sitting at the bar of the pompous night club, not exactly gi’s scene but she visited the place once or twice. it was her first time playing in a venue like this, this was high quality scene, a good opportunity. niki couldn’t have known, in fact, she wasn’t even sure the other knew about her career ( if she could call it that ). had she seen her? did she knew? who would want their ex at their birthday party? whatever the case might have played, gi decided not to think about it after playing the first song and she wasn’t going back for a review now.

her hand swirled the glass of the manhattan drink without dropping before taking a sip, warming her inside up for a battle. despite having a few people wave in harmony, not many were acknowledging gi in the room and she was pleased for such. no need for a pep talk. or a sob story. she didn’t have one, she didn’t want one. 

and god forbid if someone would disturb her withdrawal right now. there was nothing left there, except for the drink still cold in her hand thus a couple more sips and she would be gone, like she wasn’t even there. it was an adaquate plan at most, prior to the quiver announcing an amity beside. 

‘ i’m done for the night, cutie. i am about to leave so if you’re in for a gig just take my card and we’ll chat details later.’ gi didn’t glace at her side, just assumed it was another party hook, playing her most tired expression not to sound ill-mannered.

ㅤ—— ❆ YEONA WAS IMPRESSED by gi’s canoeing skills. all the talent she had with the pen, paper and other art tools, she lacked in most other activities, including anything water related. although she knew how to swim ( or at least she thought she did ), she would most likely panic in an emergency situation. “ this is amazing, gi ! i don’t think i’ve ever seen a place like this before. the view is out of this world. ”, she was clearly impressed and her tone showed it as she smiled. taking her phone out of the pocket of her jacket, the artist was careful not to drop it inside the lake, of course, and took some pictures — including some of gi herself. “ strike a pose~ ”, she pointed the camera at the other with a nod. however, gi’s question made yeona worry for a moment — wasn’t the question too much of a coincidence to be asked while they were in the middle of a lake ? “ i — kind of. do you ? ”, she asked back with an arched eyebrow. “ gi, please tell me you know how to get us back to the land. ”

‘ is really beautiful out here, almost makes me forget the rest of the world.’  she was teasing, but it sounded sincere and it almost was. the view was worth the sore muscles in her arms tomorrow but yeona’s delighted reaction was it’s highlight. gi stood there with her camera taking pictures even when the other’s phone was pointed at her, these were looking good. it was not all a disaster — they could take cute pictures, share a little idle conversation and laugh it off, but of course gi had to ruin it with her second hand embarassment. she put on her best smile ever trying to look as relaxed as she could, she knew how to go back it was the same as going in just backwards, right?! right, yeah, no biggie. gi chuckled in both nervousness and lightheaded emotion, brushing the question off with a movement in her hand while holding the paddle to clear her statement. ‘ i was just messing with you !! don’t worry, i was quite the girl scout in boarding school.’ she was not — but she’d figure it out. instead of worrying, she recalled a good tale and smile with the thought before reassuring her posture. ‘ have i ever tell you the story of how me and my friends bathed in an alligator’s lake? surely we had no idea until a lady yelled us to bolt for our dear lives.’

‘ of course not !! i have the most ultimate and unbreakable faith in you.’  she said so charmingly, like in a dramatic soap opera but her eyes weren’t lying she was joking. ‘ oh, that eases my mind because it means you come very often, noise is all i and everyone at that complex is.’  gi knows she can be quite annoying, but that doesn’t stop her from being in fact it only increases her wish to continue. but soojin is well meant, the total opposite of her and spending time breathless in the middle of the woods like this isn’t so bad — it was indeed a nice place to unwild. she couldn’t help but chuckle at her honest words, what a journey. ‘ i don’t know i didn’t test yet, i was busy walking. . . there is something i never thought i’d say.’  she jokes, her breath more steady now. ‘ good thing you prove me my legs still work, gonna need a lot of running if they do.’

“I t-think you s-still d-doubt m-me” Soojin joked and chuckle. She nodded. “Y-Yeah. I u-usually c-came h-here to have i-inspiration or j-just be a bit a-away from the l-loud n-noise” she said with a small smile towards the other and sit on a log of wood to catch her breath. She chuckle. “O-Okay. I’m t-tired as w-well” she told the other with a wave indicating it was ok. “I-Internet w-works h-here?” she asked. “A-Are you s-sure a-about it? I m-mean any b-bear could a-appear any m-moment”.

    “yeah, there might be a few things, actually…”, fuyuko responded with a soft chuckle. she felt flattered by the younger, however gi wasn’t the first young woman who seemed to be feeling rather at home and comfortable with her around. after all, she knew that taking care of someone – even if it was little things – could bring one further in life. and if it didn’t; fuyuko still knew that she had done a good deed. “i’m sure there’s a whole bunch of stuff that you could show me, right? like… maybe music or something. i’m really not good at that.”, she mused as she held another marshmallow over the fire, making sure she was turning the stick in her hands evenly to get the most out of the heat. the fact of sleeping outside somehow made her shiver a little, shaking her head. “you know what?”, she asked as she turned her head to look at the younger, raising her brows a little at what she was about to say. “there must be something. i don’t think the landlord just let us go like that. i’m sure that man is up to something.”, the detective explained, pursing her lips. “somehow doubt he would just do something nice for us for no reason, don’t you think?”

as deep in thought gi could be to wonder how this relationship came to be, she just felt comfortable around fuyuko, there wasn’t a single moment were the other didn’t made her feel safe and therefore she wanted to be close to such solace. ‘ does your breath stink in the morning? oh no, wait. . . i don’t even wanna hear your politics views.’ she stood a hand between them, chuckling, she would never pass an opportunity for a joke. although the other was a good support on her life for a while now, gi always felt in debt like she didn’t have the any particular reason or good trait for fuyuko to stick around. ‘ hm, maybe. what kinda of music do you like? i always thought you were some alternative rock type, but surprise me.’ her eyes light up just talking about something she was remotely good at, being a dj wasn’t in her life long plans but it paied the bills and pissed her mother, so why not be proud?! that wasn’t particularly unique yet she enjoyed pretending it was in most conversations. gi looked around suspicously but almost in a comic way, making a funny face to her friend in a quick reply. ‘ yes. . . or he wanted us to go away for a while, it’s too much noise, nonsense and drama in just one place.’ she sticks her tongue out to the other just to tease, knowing fully she was one of those troublemakers the landlord loved to avoid. ‘ if you ask me, he just needed a vacation.’

she noded in response, at least they weren’t lost so it was all good, gi should trust other’s more and with soojin she might even might because she was so expecionally trusty. ‘ oh thank godness !! not that i doubted you, i was just a litte worried there but of course you know where we are going. ’ talking to much while walking made her breathless, so she finally came to a stop, backing herself on a tree for support while taking deep breaths to continue. ‘ just a second. you gave me a run for my money. ’ she still smiled through her breaths, it was true she wasn’t used to physical activities like that but she wouldn’t give up now. ‘ that’s fine, we can just google it . . . that is if the signal ever works around here, which doesn’t seem like a thing. just trust our instincts, am i right ? ’

Soojin chuckle a bit hearing the other girl. “I-I’m d-doing the s-same t-trail. I-I’m t-taking s-shortcuts. W-We’ll be b-back, d-don’t w-worry” she replied to the girl. “W-Well w-we’re k-kind d-doing it, r-right?” she asked the other girl joking and chuckle. “D-Do you wanna m-make a s-stop for n-now?” she asked the other once again. “I d-did c-camping when I was a k-kid. But n-no. I d-don’t have a v-vast k-knowledge of w-wildlife”.

‘ tell me honestly . . . what do you like to hear ? ’ gi asked out of a sudden, it was past midnight and they were both awake because what was the point of sleeping when you are camping with a bunch of friends ?! never a fan of too much green, she was exceptionally bored and missing her gigs, playing music for people the whole night and just getting drunk, she regretted not bringing enough equipment to make a big festival ; it was not like she could anyways, it was just an overall dream. ‘ brit is my spirit guide, so tell me what i’m working with, i can surprise you. ’ she winked in the direction of the other, smilling, clearly missing her days of entertaining. ‘ don’t be embarassed, i won’t judge your music taste just don’t come with some ed sheeran, chainsmokers, basic shit, i will drop your body in this woods if you do ! ’

‘ is there anything at all that you don’t know how to do? my god, is like you are my fairy godmother or something out of a child’s comfort character thingy. ’ she teased with a large grin across her cold and bare face, the sun was setting and the fire was burning right before them and it served it’s purpose of warmth. meanwhile the marshmellows were delicious, soft, creamy and the perfect late night snack gi was looking for. fuyuko was one of the good people in this planet; one that gi was insanely glad she had the pleasure to met and not only that but to also keep for such long. she knew she could be an airhead, trouble seeker, annoying brat child and everything else, but she would always be careful around the other because she was such a nice influence and model over her. ‘ when i heard about the trip, i was counting on seeing you around. are you having fun ? ’ yet enganging a conversation with the other was hard for the same reson, restraining herself to be something other than her usual nuisance was quite the task. ‘ is funny that we are sleeping in the wilderness, this almost brings me back some memories expect this is different and by design. ’

gi and buzz were the ultimate chaos / fun combination, almost everyone close to her knew that. but there was a fine line, one that you shouldn’t cross whenever she was that drunk — which was more often than so — a stage that’s almost feared by some and that is honesty. it’s a fair understatement, some people get really sincere when drunk, gi is one of them, of course she uses this to get into people’s minds and win them over back to her place. gladly, she never actually said something compromising, people would just asume she was being a tease, like always.

party friends weren’t necessarily best friends, gi knew that and would never confide herself into one but it was almost easy to do so since they wouldn’t take it so seriously.

the timing wasn’t right even if the company was good, gahyeon was one of those people that just became much funnier once drunk and gi was a fan of whatever hilarious they didn’t plan on to have together. right now, it seemed like a good idea to not call a cab and walk home side by side, leaning on the walls and singing to their hearts. alcohol’s most at fault.

the grip on the other’s side was hard, protective, she would never leave a friend on the street specially in such a state, even if her state was exactly the same. it was funny, stupid and completely reckless, things they were accostumed to. ‘ we are each other’s balance, how cute! ’ gi wasn’t sure if she said or yelled, but her hearing it.

when the complex was getting into their sight, gi let an ease feeling ran throw her, it was weird and good to have a place to call it hers; home. ‘ aaah, home sweet home. ’

he’s no prude, not at all, but it does make his cheeks flush to have to hear certain suggestive sounds waking him up from his sleep. it’s not subtle in the slightest, and if it is what he thinks it is, some fellow apartment dwellers might have just ruined this camping trip and scarred him for good. maybe he’d think twice before accepting anything that the apartment faculty set up again. everything seemed to be diverting from what he had expected.

he crawls out of his tent to come sit by the dying fire, little thought in his mind other than the desire to go back to sleep peacefully. he pokes at the embers with a stick on the ground, trying to get it going again to gain some sort of warmth in the cold night. he tugs the blanket he had brought with him closer to his frame.

when a voice calls out from the dark, asking the same question that sungmin had been asking himself for the last five minutes, he glances back at her and responds with a shrug. “i have no idea,” he mumbles while shaking his head. “what is that?” he asks before faltering. “wait — no, i don’t want to know actually. i just wish i could go back to bed and unhear it.”

let’s get this straight: there wasn’t anything wrong with the activity that was taking place there, in fact gi was happy for these people but couldn’t they be less loud ? or at least go a little further into the woods ? whatever was going inside their heads — which didn’t seem like much, obviously — was a bussiness gi didn’t wanna be a part of, just laugh it off. 

she could maybe still be a little drunk because when she tried to sit properly her body protested in return, gi loved sleeping on the floor but this wasn’t exactly flooring, just ground with grass and everything. her apparance could be a revelear of what she was doing hours before passing out, but she couldn’t care less. instead she chuckles next to the other, hearing the sounds haulting just seconds later. ‘ my god . . . that was something.’  

he seemed just as interrupted as her, so she couldn’t help but laugh a little bit louder, the situation was hilarious nevertheless. ‘ good for them. ’ gi stated, looking up at the sky in the meantime. ‘ sorry the woke you up, at least you didn’t dream with the sounds. ’
