you know, Smokescreen's probably legally dead

like. Hear me out: he's been missing and off the grid for MILLIONS of years, and his disappearance would've almost certainly been noticed. He originally disappeared in the middle of a crisis as a guard for an important figure.

Said figure ended up ultimately dying in the chaos, and since Optimus asks Smokescreen when he last saw Alpha Trion, it's implied that his body was never actually found by anybody

it's also entirely possible that Smokescreen wasn't even added to any Decepticon prisoner manifests given how quickly he escaped!!! Best case scenario, they might've snapped a photo or written down a physical description. Worst case, they didn't even notice a prisoner was missing

by all accounts, on any sort of paper or documentation Smokescreen simply isn't supposed to exist anymore

It makes sense to me, why Starscream if no Star or Scream 🤨 past the yellin he does always… still trying to figure out Satellite Soundwave’s helm btw, wasn’t itching the right way so back to the woodworks he goes 😌 but I did accumulate some lore about him finally

This had me spiraling because like WHAT DO YOU MEAN A 4 ON COURAGE 😭 acting like he didn’t mock and taunt the ENTIRE autobot team while strapped to a table in their clutches… former gladiator btw too?? But yknow in his defense his courage stat is higher than Starscream’s so it’s not too outrageous 😒 but still (credit to @/fumbletron3000 on twt for the pic of the stats btw)

SG Soundwave my oh so beautiful shayla… I read somewhere that lilies may symbolize hope and sympathy and support, so to me they fit pleasantly for him and his morale officer role! They also quite looked like him so I also did this cuz of that.. I’ve always wanted to do a piece or two of transformers & flowers too! Maybe I’ll do more if I can think of other flowers that work perfectly with another character 😛 lmk if you have any associations

The family 🤧 every time I think about all of the collectively they just make me think of matryoshka dolls 🪆! I thought it was very cute, imagining opening a Soundwave to a small Ravage to a smaller Rumble/Frenzy to a smaller Laserbeak/Buzzsaw to a smallest Ratbat… they are very precious to me…

Hello everyone. It has come to my knowledge that not everyone is familiar with Transformers Legends, an anthology book from 2004 where several short stories from different continuities of the transformers universes are told.

One of these stories is called "Redemption Center", taking place in the G1 cartoon universe where Starscream loses his memory and is taken in by the Autobots, while being protected by Optimus the entire time. Since copies of the book in good condition are tricky to come by at a reasonable price, thought I'd scan the pages of Redemption Center and share with you all.

TFO Soundwave face sketches just cuz 🐈‍⬛!! I may or may not have referenced cat pictures for his face . I’ll never tell. I don’t really know how to draw TFO eyes so I just do what I want, I think that’s a logical solution 😌 and no particular face headcanons this time also just cuz 🤔 overall I kinda figured I needed to keep touch with drawing faces anyways for whenever I wanna draw Not Soundwave (impossible to hear, I know)

For my own personal sake I choose to imagine that when IDW Soundwave used the Enigma he got to smile truly for the last time cuz he got to see everyone dear to him one last time and join them okay 🤧 HE’S VERY DEAR TO ME!!!! ohhh IDW Soundwave you’re so tragic but wonderful

Earthspark Soundwave pieces I did cuz I realized I haven’t drawn him in awhile 😋 I still hold the belief that since Frenzy could wear makeup clearly so can Soundwave 🙄 it’s just that he has that mask on so we never see it (also I just have a great appreciation for ES making Soundwave built like that and still giving him one of the deepest voice in the cast 😭). And for the other piece that was just a random thing I’ve thought about making months ago but never doing for some reason…whatever, I just figured yknow, he’s all about loyalty and being abandoned by the one person you put all your loyalty into; I think being betrayed must hurt him like many times deeper than to some others
