gazans need to connect now more than ever. not just to tell their stories, but to connect to other humans. to feel a semblance of normalcy in the devastation around them. to have some sort of comfort amidst all the destruction. to be able to contact their family members and make sure they’re okay. to hear their voices. to keep their hopes and spirit alive.

please keep talking about them. keep posting. keep protesting. keep connecting with them, and connecting them with the rest of the world. don’t let anyone forget what’s been happening to them for even a second. the world has spent almost a century in ignorance and silence, but not anymore!

don’t let their oppressors isolate them. israel is trying their best to break their spirit. don’t let them. we must stand with the palestinians and let them know we’re with them until the very end.

The guy who fought against apartheid state of South Africa, won a Nobel peace prize, became a president, a beloved character across the globe was in the terror watchlist of USA. So I wouldn't actually take murica's opinion about labeling a person or group of people as terrorists. Chances are they're actually fighting for the freedom of their country.

That's why they call Hamas terrorists instead of freedom fighters. In their eyes The Nelson Mandela was a terrorist.

Balcony Cat Update:

So the other day I set out traps for balcony cat. She has proved to be too smart for them, and remains living comfortably on my balcony. However, this thing walked into the traps TWICE.

So I own her now.

Meet Mechthild of Magdeburg. According to the doctors, she is roughly a year old, chipped, spayed, and came with a free collar. She is extremely affectionate and fluffy and her favorite food seems headphone wires.

Naturally, I have named her after my favorite Christian mystic.
