Guys, every Eid we see a phenomenon where our revert brothers and sisters feel left out during Eid. This Eid is going to be even more, because of various restrictions everyone can't come to the masjid. So please take care of brothers and sisters in your masjid and see how they are doing. If possible, send some cooked meat, food, snacks and cards via mail if possible, facetime them on Eid day.

Surat Al-Fatihah - (The Opening)

I’m a hijabi and I dress modestly but I still find it jarring when men comment on or judge women for the way they dress. As a man you’ll never understand what it’s like to wear hijab and it’s not your place to talk about it. It’s a fact that Islam has rules for how women should dress. However, in general we are each individually accountable for how closely we do or don’t follow the rules of Islam. There’s no compulsion in religion and Allah will deal with us all accordingly in the end. Mind your own business and focus on your own sins

I think one of the worst things to ever affect the Muslim community has been Rumi quotes.

So much of his quotes contradict the Qur’an and basic Islamic teachings but people act like his quotes are infallible or something and because of it, a lot of Muslims have incorrect views on God.

God isn’t your “lover who loves you regardless of your mistakes 😍”

He hates sinners. And only loves those who repent and do good deeds.

Don’t let these stupid cheesy quotes make you have a warped view of God. Reflect.

SON i’m so tiredT of people assuming that a black woman who isn’t always smiling or laughing automatically has an attitude.

My teacher told me that when you feel like you’re continuously losing, recognize that life is a game of chance. And the more you flip tails on a coin, the odds are, the closer you are to flipping a heads. The more you lose, the more you’re set up for a win. 

Because Allah says that “with hardship comes ease.” 

The ease is coming. You just have to be willing to wait for it and not get discouraged.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ

إِيَّا��َ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ

In the name of God, the infinitely Compassionate and Merciful.

Praise be to God, Lord of all the worlds.

The Compassionate, the Merciful. Ruler on the Day of Reckoning.

You alone do we worship, and You alone do we ask for help.

Guide us on the straight path,

the path of those who have received your grace;

not the path of those who have brought down wrath, nor of those who wander astray.
