I think there is an addition and a flipside:
Addition:
If you have a coworker with another background as you, e. g. you are an engineer and they studied medicine, do not assume that they are lesser because of this or assume that they would have never been able to study what you studied. They were chosen for the team for a reason.
Flipside:
If A can explain things in an easy to understand way and B cannot it doesn't mean that B is smart and A is dump.
Always share knowledge with the people around you whenever applicable to keep everyone around you in the loop.
For example, you and co-worker A crack an inside joke at each other and laugh about it, confusing co-worker B who is sitting next to you. If co-worker B asks "what, what's so funny?" don't dismiss co-worker B with "oh it's an inside joke, you wouldn't get it". That comes across as dismissive and can make co-worker B feel excluded and contribute to feelings of isolation. Either share the back story with co-worker B to keep them in the loop, or if you're really against sharing the back story about the inside joke with co-worker B just don't crack the inside joke in front of them.
Or, say that you're someone with a masters degree in engineering. If someone asks you to explain something related to engineering, don't dismiss them with something like "oh forget it, it's too complicated, you wouldn't get it." As this comes across as rather patronizing and condescending. At least make an effort to explain it to them, in simplified terms if you think you need to, and if they don't understand at least you made an effort instead of dismissing them.
Withholding information, whether it's an inside joke, or information that you think is "too complicated" for the other person to understand, is likely to make the other person feel bad, with the former likely to make them feel social excluded and the latter likely to make them think you think they're stupid, either can be taken as patronizing and condescending. Nobody likes feeling left out whether it's for social or intellectual reasons.

Barnes and Nobles is gonna start serving food and alcohol.
Everybody’s cracking jokes about how it’s a desperate attempt to stay relevant in the age of Amazon.
But you know what? Props to them. This is exactly what Blockbuster didn’t do. At no point was Blockbuster like “Hey, movie rentals aren’t the lucrative enterprise they once were. Perhaps it’s time we become known for our cheesy garlic bread.”

In Germany we have a similiar saying: Da geht mir das Messer in der Tasche auf. (The knife in my pocket is opening.)
The fact that in Czech we legit say “the knife in my pocket is opening” when encoutering behavior we hate or find super annoying is something so memey
Like yeah I’m really feeling like stabbing something… but I’m not gonna…. But I’m feeling like it
