I love seeing things of the kid sides and they're just being so goofy and silly. Like this is five year old Janus. Janus is three apples tall. Thomas just found out the magical power of blaming things on other people and Janus is about to abuse that power by telling Patton that it was probably creativity who ate 6 chocolate chip cookies without asking. He was shaking with excitement while telling the lie and dropped a cookie onto the floor. Patton didn't notice. Janus considers himself a sneaky and cunning liar. he is wearing a little cape that covers his entire body.

The Sanders Sides Legacy Challenge

A challenge based on the Sanders Sides series by Thomas Sanders on YouTube. Each generation will follow one of the six main sides, plus an extra four generations for Remy, Emile, The Orange Side, and Character! Thomas.

General Rules:

1. All cheats are allowed, if a generation task is proving frustrating there's no shame in using the provided alternative methods

2. Unless otherwise stated you must complete your aspiration(s) and reach the top of whatever careers are specified

3. Heirs can be any gender or sexuality, appearance does not have to match the character for that generation save for the color coding associated with that generation

4. Heirs may not be an occult unless otherwise specified

5. Heirs may live anywhere unless otherwise specified

6. Heirs may have any aspiration as a child or teen unless otherwise specified

7. You can have as many children as you want as long as you meet any generation requirements

Generation One: Logan Sanders- Logic

You've always been the curious type, fascinated by the world around you and always willing to share your discoveries with anyone who will listen (though admittedly that's not very many people). You have a bit of a temper, but you've learned to keep a lid on it with some daily wellness exercises.

Color scheme: black, dark blue

Traits: hot-headed, genius, overacheiver

Goals:

- complete the Renaissance Sim aspiration

- max out wellness, logic, and rocket science skills

- eventually become a teacher and reach max level of that career

- have your children max the mental skill

- have your heir max out the empathy character value (positive)

Generation Two: Patton Sanders- Morality

You grew up in a household where logic was key, everything was about the brain, but you've always been more of a heart-on-your-sleeve type of person and you want to extend that love to all ylyour family.

Color scheme: light grey, light blue, white

Traits: generous, cheerful, goofball

Goals:

- complete the Soulmate and Super Parent aspirations

- max the parenting, cooking, and gourmet cooking skills

- reach max level of the babysitter career and one other part time career of your choosing (you'll be spending most of your time at home with your kids)

- have at least one set of twins, your heir must max all positive character values and their twin must max all negative character values (favor the heir)

- go all out for all holidays (Harvestfest, Winterfest, New Year's, Love Day, and the custom holidays of Springfest and Spooky Day)

- have a birthday party every time one of your kids ages up

- have at least one cat

Generation Three: Roman Sanders- Creativity

Growing up you had a life that many would consider spoiled, your parents adored you, and while you and your twin weren't very close you always knew they'd have a special place in your heart, you just hoped you wouldn't forget that when you became a household name.

Color scheme: red, white, gold

Traits: self-absorbed, proper, creative

Goals:

- complete the Master Actor and World Famous Celebrity aspirations

- max acting, charisma, and one other creative hobby skill of your chosing

- engage in your hobby on weekends for extra cash

- must live in a needs TLC San Myshuno apartment until you reach B-Lister status, then move into one of the more expensive apartments

- max the actor career

- lose touch with your twin sibling until you max out the celebrity meter

Generation Four: Virgil Sanders- Anxiety

Your parent adored the spotlight, but you just want to be left to the comforting embrace of the shadows, writing mystery and horror novels and ignoring any requests to leave the house. . . Most of the time

Colors: purple, black, dark grey

Traits: paranoid, macabre, loner

Goals:

- become a vampire

- complete the Master vampire aspiration

- reach the top of the writer career (only write mystery and horror novels when you unlock them)

- max the medium, thanatology, writing, and vampire lore skills

- live in a haunted house

- have a black cat

- only leave your house if invited by another vampire

- only sleep in coffins

- have a vampire offspring

Generation Five: Janus Sanders- Deceit

Your home life was one of dark castles and spooky bats on the walls, but you were comfortable with that, you learned a long time ago that your vampire capabilities were very useful in getting what you wanted, and you were totally content with that.

Color scheme: black and gold

Traits: snob, self-assured, nosy

Goals:

- have the vampiric charm perk

- complete the seeker of secrets aspiration

- max the criminal career

- max mischief, charisma, and romance skills

- have at least one set of twins, your heir will have all negative character values and their twin will have all positive (favor the heir)

Generation Six: Remus Sanders- Dark Creativity

You were a very chaotic child, and you liked it that way, your parent was always supportive of your more unconventional behaviors, even if your sibling kind of hated you.

Color scheme: black, green, and silver

Traits: slob, kleptomaniac, cringe

Goals:

- complete the chief of mischief aspiration

- reach the top of the comedian branch of the entertainer career

- max the mischief and comedy skills, and two other creative skills of your choosing

- declare your twin your enemy and never speak to them again

- have a vampire heir

Generation Seven: Remy Sanders- Sleep

Your parent was a little over the top at times, and it really wasn't your thing, you were much more content with a nocturnal lifestyle of sleeping during the day and partying all night, and I guess making money with odd jobs.

Color scheme: black and white

Traits: party animal, lazy, materialistic

Goals:

- only work odd jobs

- complete the city native aspiration

- sleep during the day and go clubbing at night

- make at least 10 close friends

Generation Eight: Emile Picani- Cartoon Therapy

After a life of never really seeing your oarent due to their nocturnal lifestyle, you decided vampirism really wasn't your scene, you wanted to help people, you loved love and you wanted to make sure everyone else felt the same way.

Color scheme, pink, brown, white, and light blue

Traits: lovebug, childish, cheerful

Goals:

- cure your vampirism (if heir is born a vampire)

- reach the top of the romance consultant career

- max romance, video gaming, and logic skills

- have two cats

- have your heir reach negative emotional control, conflict resolution, and empathy values

Generation Nine: Orange Side- Anger

Your parent was a boring old goody-two-shoes, that wasn't the life for you, you looked up to your great grandparent, a criminal with a large repertoire behind them, you wanted to be the most feared person in the Sim nation.

Color scheme: orange, black, and gold

Traits: Evil, Hot-headed, Mean

Goals:

- max the criminal career

- complete the public enemy aspiration

- max charisma, mischief, and logic skills

- have at least 5 enemies

- go to every humor and hijinks festival

Generation Ten: Character! Thomas- Youtuber

Your parent was kind of a horrible person, you struggle a lot with trying to figure out what exactly that makes you, who are you supposed to be? What are you meant to do? Maybe posting some videos about it will help you figure that out.

Traits: erratic, creative, good

Goals:

- try at least three different careers, quit when they ask you to chose a branch

- become a youtuber, upload a video at least three times a week

- max the media production, charisma, and video gaming skills

- complete any three collections of your choosing

In every human sides AU I make, the Creativitwins are both really conventionally attractive and Roman's morning routine on a normal consists of him putting on whatever products he wants and needs to feel pretty.

We cut to remus and he's desperately trying to do everything he possibly can to look disgusting. he hasn't washed his hair in weeks, his mustache is so unkempt, and he actively tries to get zits by rolling around in mud and not cleaning his face. His bane is the fact he still doesn't look half bad.

Sanders Sides from Janus and Remus’s perspectives is literally so funny like. Your coworkers fucking suck and they think they’re sooo much better than you and your boss barely knows you exist but hey at least you have your buddy to hang out with. Yeah your boss tolerates him slightly more than you but hey it’s all cool. He bullies your annoying coworkers for you.

And then one day he just. Fucking leaves. Like he’s not coming back. Ever. That one holier than thou coworker keeps calling him his son and he’s cool with it. He’s probably fucking your brother.

Whenever I hear people say "The sides are just doing their jobs" I always think of like, an Au where they're actually just working in some vague office job together.

Virgil got the chance to switch departments and he took it, and now his old co-workers are really spiteful about it

Remus and Roman got basically the same job through nepotism, but they had to put in different departments because they physically couldn't do shit together

Janus does social media advertising. He does all of those corporate tiktok posts like "Help I accidentally bought a sandwich with my company card, blow up this post so I can call it an advertising purchase."

Patton, Logan and Thomas also work there but I can't think of anything for them.

Thinking of the implications of pre-aa dukexiety and post-aa princxiety, cause even if it's just a big coincidence at least one person in that dynamic is having a crisis over if Virgil actually genuinely loves and cares for Roman for himself, or if he's just going for the closest thing he can have to Remus and denying his feelings about it because he's too scared of being seen as the bad guy again for who he loves. And I kinda doubt it's Remus.
