alright guys, here's the deal. my erwin muse is completely gone, and my adoration for snk has also greatly dwindled down. i've dealt with a lot of shit in this fandom, but i've also made a lot of dear friends and even found my date friend through this fandom, so i'm forever grateful towards snk. i love erwin and i love you guys and i love this blog, but i really don't think i'm going to be coming on here anymore. it's been a blast, it really has. i'm not going to delete this blog because hey, who knows, maybe one day my erwin muse will come back, but i'm going to be on my atlas/frank fontaine blog    fauxsalvation. please feel free to talk to me on there or ask me for my skype on there if you want to keep in touch. i'd love to roleplay with some of you on there, so yeah!!

Placing two cups of black coffee on his commander's desk, he takes confident strides across the room retrieving a chair and dragging it to the desk, making himself comfortable he seats himself across from where his superior sits. "Petra mentioned something about paperwork, so I concluded that it would be irresponsible to leave you alone at this hour."

{ ♚ }     when his door slips open, he does not look up. there’s only three people who would step into his office without knocking    and by the sound of the footsteps, he knows it’s levi. he doesn’t stop writing for a moment, even after levi takes a seat across from him and strikes up the beginning of a conversation. it’s evident that erwin is fully consumed within his work. he would prefer not to be interrupted, but how can he deny a hot cup of coffee? lips pursed, he peers over at the other, taking a sip from the mug. he perks a brow, the ghost of a smirk quirked on his mouth.

flaws.

                    the commander has always had easily marked up skin. perhaps it's because of his pale complexion, or perhaps that trait was passed onto him by his father. a punch to his face always ends with a swelling bruise, a kick to his stomach results in an entire spectrum of pained colors. it's a major reason as to why he avoids sparring. a man in his position shouldn't be covered in bruises, after all.

                    bruises usually disappear from his skin a week or so after they arise, but scars are a complete different story. with how long he's been in the legion    more than fifteen years    it's surprising he isn't covered head to toe in scars. on his second time outside the walls, he got burnt by one of the titan's steam. the faint burn marks stain the flesh of his left shoulder, the skin red and rough. there's a scar running across his lower back, gained from a confrontation with an abberant, which also resulted in him breaking several vertebrae and almost losing his life. another, much more prominent burn marks covers nearly his entire right thigh. the injury is more recent than the other two, the skin still rather sensitive to any rough touches placed there.

                      due to years of wearing the 3DMG straps and falling asleep with them on more than a few hundred times, the skin under the placement of the straps is permanently bruised heavily, pigment purple and red and yellow and splotchy. the bruises don't ache    unless if they're pressed down upon, of course.

                      after the loss of his right arm, the remaining stump bares a rather grotesque looking scar and bruising which trails all the way up to his shoulder. since the injury is still recent, it's awfully tender. he's forced to bite back groans when slipping clothes on or when washing over the stump. he knows not to complain. not when he's still alive and so many of his soldiers aren't.

do you miss your dad or mike more?

{ ♚ }     why one would choose to ask him this, he does not know. it almost seems as if the question is made in order to taunt him    to remind him of his guilt, of the  lives lost because of him. those two men.. mike, his father    not once have they left the commander’s mind. they haunt him in his dreams, and he hears them, sees them everywhere he goes. it’s utter torture, and he can’t help but ponder if.. mike and his father purposely make erwin suffer through the guilt? no, no. the two men were far too peaceful to do that, and he knows neither one of them blames erwin for their deaths. mike died under erwin’s orders, and his father died because his son was a foolish traitor. if he was still alive, he would be nearing his eighties. mike was his best friend, his most trusted comrade, the one who never left his side, and his father was.. well, family. & they were both gone, because of him.
