So, no one follows me rly but I've been gone for.. like 10 months and this is just kind of a vent after so long.
I had broken up with my bf, moved from Cali back home to Washington. I came back being 161lbs. Since then I've gained 20 pounds, I'm edging 180lbs now because of emotional eating, not being able to control what I eat and going through..alot.
Now I've somewhat settled down, I have a new bf, I live with him and a friend in an apartment and have control over everything in my life now besides cash because I don't have a job but my bf provides. I keep wanting to lose weight badly but I just keep ignoring it and I'm frustrated with myself. I was able to lose nearly 60 pounds abt six-ish months? I feel like it should be so easy for me to lose weight now cause of the control of food but.. I have no SELF control and I don't know how to fix it. I'm far and I know I am, I don't even have a good figure, I have huge love handles, my thighs aren't smooth, I also kinda have bingo wings. I hate hate hate it.
We get fast food constantly, eat cheap greasy food from the store cause we're not rich, and I just feel a bit pressured to eat what others are eating. My bf and roommate can basically eat whatever, they're both stick skinny but eat like crap.
I've also been diagnosed with PCOS which I found out makes weight lose a whole lot harder. It gives me alot more to worry abt and deal with. Easy weight gain, excess body hair on my face and not normal places for a girl, and a whole bunch of other things.
I know what I have to do for myself..I just don't have motivation for it..or for anything.

This is not a fucking drill everyone!!! I have just fond calorie free dips, salad dressings, and sauces that are 0 fucking calories!!!! It’s this company called Walden Farms and you can get them on Amazon!

You can get Ranch, Bleu cheese, Thoasamd Island, Ceaser, Balsamic, Honey Dijon, French! You can even get maple syrup and chocolate sauce. Ir for savory stuff you could get BBQ and ketchup!
I know its a lot of money and the reviews are shitty but hey, what are you gonna do when you have a craving and still wanna lose weight?

15-Calorie Vegan Nutella
i know, i know. 15 calories for nutella seems impossible. and well, it kind of is.
i’m not going to pretend this tastes like nutella, because it doesn’t. if it did, it would be the same number of calories. and it wouldn’t be vegan. but this is the absolute BEST that can be done. so it doesn’t taste exactly like nutella, but it’s creamy, chocolate-y, and sweet enough. and it’s SO much richer than real nutella, i will say.
try it out for yourself, it’s only 15 calories!

ingredients
1 tsp. cocoa powder (7)
2 tsp. stevia in the raw (8)
½ tsp. unsweetened cashew milk (0)
instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl; you do have to mix very well.
Spread on some toast or whatever your heart desires, and enjoy!!
Recipe makes 1 serving at 15 calories.

I just wanted to let y'all know about this meal my bf introduce me to
Okay so it's Japanese curry.
I personally find it very savory and I usually have like a full bowls worth and like around 300cal for my portion?? Idk honestly I just know it's lower cal cause of the ingredients that I'll letcha in on rn.
So we use s&b golden curry they have spicy, medium spice and not spicy, we always use medium but there is literally no spiciness in the medium. Irrelevant but anyways here we go.
Ingredients;
16oz. Ground chicken
3-5 red medium potatoes, yknow like the size of your hand and smaller
1 yellow or white onion
2-3 carrots 7" -ish (or shredded carrots work fine too)
1 whole packet of s&b golden curry
So basically, start cooking all the chicken in a pot big enough for all the veggies until it's juuuust about done.
cut up all the veggies into bit sized peices while the chicken is cooking and then throw them into the pot with a splash of water so the veggies kinda steam.
Let it sit for 5-10 mins or until onions look more transparent, stir occasionally, it's not that hard to mess up honestly.
Then break up the curry blocks and place them into the pot and add the amount of water it tells u to on the box which I think is like 2 1/2 cups.
Let the cubes melt a bit and stir them it so it gets a bit thicker and when everything looks smoothed out and you see no dark curry spots or clumps of curry, put it on simmer and it's ready to serve.
My bf usually has it over rice which is normal and rly good but we only have white rice so I don't eat it with the curry and the curry is absolutely fine on it's own.
I know this isn't super low calorie but I find it filling and satisfying with the amount I get and I'm able to eat it without regret. It's no break through but idk if alot of ppl know about it
If you are able to calculate the calories for this that would be amazing, I don't want people to go off and make this and then freak out about the amount of calories this is later on, I know that would make me really upset. I just felt like I should share this because I personally love it and I want to get myself and my meal ideas out there too.
