"Ugh" Sadie said, closing her eyes and holding her head back. Normally she'd be up for an adventure, but not today. "I just got back from a nine-day case. If anything, I want to go to a spa, or some other place to relax."

She looked over at the Doctor. "If you can do that, I'm up for it."

Sadie- Sadie did taekwondo for several years and had to learn some restraints and holds for the FBI, so she's generally good in a fight. However, hit her hard early on and put some doubt in her mind and you might be able to throw her off.

Melanie- Melanie boxed for several years and has done some mixed martial arts and is aggressive enough with it to be pretty dangerous. She is on the slender side so she might have trouble with someone who's very muscular.

Lily- Not well. She's petite, not particularly aggressive, and has minimal training.

Melanie tied her hair back into a ponytail in preparation for her workout with the heavy bag. She was tying her handwrap around her left hand when she noticed someone absolutely pounding one of the heavy bags so hard the stand was shaking, with an angry look on their face.

The other person stopped for a few seconds, so Melanie spoke up. "You really beat the hell out of that bag. You all right? You seem really pissed off about something."

"I've got a knife in my boot, but I can't reach it" Melanie said, grunting as she strained against the ropes in a vain attempt to reach the boot. "You'll have to get it and cut us free. Right boot" she clarified.

Sadie- Mildly farsighted. She has reading glasses, though she doesn't often use them unless she has to read fine print or read for a while.

Lily- Her eyesight's not good. She sometimes goes without her glasses but really needs them more often than not. She has to have them to drive.

Melanie- Near 20/20.

Sadie- T-shirt or tank top, athletic shorts. She has a few old cropped t-shirts she'll often wear during warmer nights. Once in a while she'll wear a nightgown.

Lily- Pajama shirts and pants, often a set. Sometimes just old t-shirts over pajama pants. Socks, too, as she rarely runs around barefoot.

Melanie- Sometimes just a tank top over her panties (she keeps something close by to throw on if she has to answer the door). Sometimes she wears a matching pajama set like Lily, especially when it's colder. Usually a sleep mask, because her apartment window faces the rising sun.
