In a world where the internet is full of fake information, a literate person knows that there is no need to be in it. A literate person would view the internet as “useless” because of how much misleading information/s it contains, and how could these “information” seem surreal to other people. A person who search for truth in a sea of lies will never find what they’re looking for.

The purpose of this is to attach in an advance(digital) technological society. Individuals should be able to comprehend, ask, create, communicate and think critically. Engaging with media and Information literacy is very important because being a media literate means being a Netizens that can access, analyze, and evaluate information that we see and hear through media. Nowadays technology is evolving or upgrading and also more citizen are engaging with it. But there are only 1 out of 8 people who has the skill of being a literate in media specially the students who shared or post unimportant things in social media. That's why we should have the skill of being literate in media because we can learn to think critically to decide whether the given information make sense. Be responsible of your actions before reacting to the information you've receive or read through media. We should always remember to ask yourself:

1.) Who created this?  2.) Why did they make it?  3.) The message is intended to whom?  4.) Is it credible or believable? And why?  5.) How did the information made you feel? 

 The more people who engage this kind of ability, the lesser the fake/unimportant information will spread.
