Been off my meds for a week because the VA hasn’t mailed my refill. Nothing like feeling like a completely different person, and spiraling into an emotional shitstorm. Fuck you depression, fuck you.

Why do people feel more anxiety when they can feel that their significant other is upset with them? Even if it was a minor situation, or something we have NO idea that we did wrong.. why do we allow the worst thoughts get into our head? Like, I know she’s not thinking about leaving me over my questioning where my flannel was. But our bodies react on their own when we sense even the smallest bit of distance.

Anxiety takes control.
