i love that every pokémon is someone’s favourite pokémon. it doesn’t matter how much you dislike a pokémon or how forgettable you you think a design is, out there is someone who thinks it’s their baby. my coworker who only discovered pokémon through pokémon go absolutely loves tangela and has a small army of fully powered up ones. at an expo once i saw a woman at a booth desperately trying to find an onix plushie because it was her daughter’s absolute favourite. i talked with someone recently who announced sudowoodo as their tippy top favourite. every single one is loved by someone and idk, i think that’s gotdang heartwarming

Kirishima touching Bakugou: thoughts after Season 3 Episode 11

Kirishima touches Bakugou, and he seems to do it somewhat regularly, if we’re gonna base things off of scenes from the episodes and official art.

Most recently, Kirishima tries to grab Bakugou’s arm while saying “we should get him to the police,” and it got me thinking gee, Kirishima, we know you gay but you don’t gotta be on him 24/7. I thought that when I read the manga the first time, too, but seeing it animated made it even clearer, and I almost laughed about it…

But then I had an abrupt end to that thought and my amusement with it, and my heart dropped into my stomach because, regardless of whether or not Kirishima is actually gay for Bakugou, if my best friend had been kidnapped and I’d literally just gotten them back, I would be wanting to hold onto them, especially if moving through a crowd like they were about to. And, for someone like Kirishima, who is use to physical contact with said friend, constantly leaning on him, etc., then that’d be even more reason to touch him.

Touch is comforting, and it’s also a way that humans confirm that something is real, and we hold onto things to keep track of them. I feel like those are all factors in that small action Kirishima takes during that moment; holding onto Bakugou is a way of making sure he doesn’t get dragged away again, holding onto Bakugou after not being able to lean into him for a while is proof that Bakugou is actually still there, and it’s comforting to literally feel his presence.

Midoriya is in and out of consciousness for a few days, by the time they retrieve Bakugou, it’s been what, almost four days? Kirishima has been worried sick about his best friend for days, and he finally has him back. Can’t blame him for wanting to get a literal grip on Bakugou until they could get Bakugou somewhere even safer than where they already were, and for having any other reason to want to do it.

Congrats, Horikoshi sensei and Studio Bones, for ripping my heart out again.

HOLY HELL

I had a wild dream last night about BNHA!!

Okay so everyone is in class and I guess Uraraka asked Bakugou out to the movies. Thinking nothing of it, he answers "Sure, whatever." Kirishima hears about it and he's FUCKING PISSED.

He bumps into Uraraka in the hall and purposefully hardens and makes her hit a wall. She calls him out and is like "Why are you acting like this Kirishima??"

So he tells her he know she asked Bakugou out and how she should know he like him and can't believe she'd do that. She answers smugly that it isn't her fault he never made a move faster and if he did like Bakugou like that then he shouldve asked him out a long time ago. She then says "Looks like hes more interested in me then"

Booooooiiii

So they get snippy with eachother in class and finally she's like "if you got a problem why dont we meet after class?" And hes like "I wont go easy on you, bitch"

CATFIGHT OVER BAKUGOU

So Urarakas got some balls and is being cocky cause shes been crushing on Bakugou forever and she has been jealous of how close Kirishima is to him. Instead of meeting after school they duke it out on one of the training cities cause its hero course day. Bakugou is lead by Iida to where Aizawas at cause he got food poisoning. Hes yelling at Iida that he's fine, although he looks pale and Iida a just goes off on a tangent about "As class representative I can not allow you to keep up with this exercise when you are not fit and ill" etc etc etc

Aizawa tells Bakugou he needs to go to Recovery girl in a sec and then turns to the screen and FREEZES. He can't believe his eyes when he sees motherfucking Kirishima and Uraraka fucking THROWING PUNCHES AT EACHOTHER.

He's super calm (like calm before the storm calm) and turns to Iida and Bakugou saying "I'll be right back"

So Kirishima is using his quirk to bend wires (the word I was looking for was 'rebar') to stop Uraraka from floating while she's throwing rubble as projectiles. Out of nowhere flashes of fabric shoot out from the shadows and their quirks are cancelled. Aizawa steps from the shadows and has pure anger in his eyes and is like "You two, my office, NOW"

Aizawa is so fucking lost cause here are these two kids yelling about nonsense and bickering with each other. He finally gets them to shut up to find out why the hell they're fighting about and they're both embarrased but Kirishima pipes up that it was over a date with Bakugou.

"BAKUGOU?!? YOU TWO ARE SKIPPING YOUR HEROICS LESSON AND BEATING THE SHIT OUT OF EACHOTHER FOR A FUCKING MAN?! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOUR PRIORITIES WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO?!? ARE ALL TEENS JUST HORMONAL FIGHTING MACHINES???"

So they get some form of detention and have to help around till late. Once theyre done they go their separate way without saying anything to eachother. Bakugou is off to the side of the building where hes spotted by Kirishima.

"Oh! Bakugou! What are you still doing here?"

Bakugou explodes his face up and starts talking shit to Kirishima: "What the hell were you thinking?! Do you want to get kicked out of here idiot?? What's wrong with you???"

"CAUSE YOU'RE GOING ON A DATE WITH URARAKA!!"

".....what?"

Kirishima sighs and explains that he was pretty upset about that and that he's been doing so many things with Bakugou and how he's been trying to show him how much he likes him (which shouldve been obvious) so he was crushed and it felt like maybe Bakugou didn't care

"If you don't feel the same that's fine but I just need to know....please," Kirishima with some tears in his eyes, "please just tell me."

"You're a fucking moron Kirishima." Bakugou shakes his head "If it bothered you THAT much you should've just said something idiot"

"Besides," Bakugou grabs him by the collar, "If you did you shouldve known I would've chose you over her."

He kisses Kirishima and he's so delighted he's laughing. Bakugou hits him to shut him up but starts laughing too.

Uraraka catches them and is crushed. She runs off to cry.

Izuku and Tsuyu are searching for her and finally find her crying on some steps outside. They go and try comforting her and she tells them the whole story, why Kirishima was acting nasty towards her and why she wasn't herself all day.

"Its okay Uraraka, you're a great person and someone out there will appreciate you for who you are" Izuku says.

"Yeah *ribbit* maybe even someone from class!!" Tsuyu adds.

"Really?? You think so??"

Both Izuku and Tsuyu go to rub her back and shoot a glance of each other. Does the other maybe know that they like her.....??

I can't believe I dreamt this. I stayed up all night reading freaking Bakushima love shit and watching anime (not BNHA) and I was like whaaaaaaa but man I wish I had the skills to draw this 😢😢😭😭😭 it was such a crazy dream lolol

Curious if anyone knows what Aizawa is. His armor looks like traditional samurai gear, but that wouldn’t make sense since his aesthetic is more ninja than samurai, and also samurai and ninjas have a bloody history with each other, so he probably wouldn’t dress as his mortal enemy.
