Hi, I am doing a research project about customer buying behaviors. I am working for well-known home improvement retailer in Turkey. We are facing strong competition from online players. 

I want to investigate how much more would a customer pay for the sake of having the chance to try the products physically in stores and get expert help. Since this may depends on the product type, I want to study the correlation between the product type and the amount of extra money would a customers is willing to pay. 

Data set:

- Product type 

a- decorative items with no help needed (vases, pillows)

b- decorative items that require assistance (paint, wallpapers, blind curtain)

c- technical items with no help needed (batteries, extension cables)

d- technical items that require assistance (combi-boilers, drills)

- The products list of all items that are matched with online competitors

- Their sales units  sales units by store by day

- The changes in their price position against online competition in percentages
