Hey I was lurking ur asks and I was wondering does sailor saturn look different pre rebirth? Did she have a different personality? 

I've said a lot about this on this blog, but Sailor Saturn is essentially an entirely different personality from Hotaru. She retains her personality and memories from the Silver Millennium, whereas Hotaru is a new person with her own personality. This didn't happen with any of the other girls; they all integrated their Silver Millennium selves into their personalities, and they are largely their modern-day selves. So Usagi is much more Usagi than she is Princess Serenity.

When Hotaru is reborn and regains her powers, she finally integrates with Sailor Saturn and the two become one. In general, the reborn Hotaru is much happier, more carefree, and friendlier than she was in her previous life. She's also younger; I don't know exact ages but she's definitely more youthful than she was in her first life.

Urgent help needed for surgery

I went to the doctors yesterday. Had an MRI ($49) and a pain block ($110). However, my hernia has grown from 9mm to 11mm and is causing so much pain that I can't sleep and I can't go to the cats as often as before. So I went to a neurosurgeon. He prescribed an operation for me, because the nerve is very compressed.

The operation costs about 960 dollars. I only have $200 for now. The operation is needed as soon as possible, ideally—next week. yesterday I started taking tests and already spent $63 (that's not all)
