In the early manga, the way Rurumu scolds Ja’far sometimes really looks like a kitten being carried by its mother.

I think Valefor’ s design and cat-eared Ja’far make a pretty good match.

As the year comes to a close, I want to share some thoughts. I started drawing Sinja because I love them and wanted to see if I could find like-minded people. Although I’m still not great at depicting their interactions, I really enjoyed the process. If I had more time and better skills, I would probably draw more. I’ll likely continue drawing next year. I also want to especially thank everyone who has liked and encouraged my work. Since I’m not very confident in my drawings and care a lot about feedback, I’m truly grateful for your support and encouragement.

By the way, I would like to add some regrets. There are not many scenes of Jafar fighting in Magi. The ones that do exist are in the early stage. He is obviously set to be very powerful, but there are still some in the story of Sinbad. I just want to see Shinobu Ohtaka draw more. There is also something that I care about, the setting of Jafar's leg with scars, but maybe it was obtained in the assassination organization..

It's always been a pity that Sinbad and Kouen Ren didn't fight, because their relationship was set up as antagonistic in the earlier parts, and both had many Household Vessels. I always thought they would end up fighting, but in the end, it was resolved in this way, which feels disappointing. Additionally, the stories of the Reim Empire and other countries seemed unfinished. It felt like Adventure of Sinbad was meant to fill in the gaps, but it ended in a rush with no follow-up , which is a real shame.

I originally planned to release this picture on Halloween, but I couldn't finish it at that time, so I didn't upload it. But then I felt it was a pity, so I decided to share it after I finished it, even though Halloween is over.

Magi's manga series started in 2009. Magi was adapted into an anime in 2012-2013, and sinbad bo bouken was adapted into an anime in 2016. The work was completed in 2017. I sigh that time flies!
