How to use a Netflix account trial on the same device
Important: Even though it has followed the instructions, it is not guaranteed that 100% of the account is not subject to onholding.
1. There will always be a risk on hold, or suspended even though you have deleted the old account history. (if you have been on hold the account cannot be used again and must change the new account).
2. If you hit On Hold, then it is recommended after deleting / uninstalling Netflix on the device, reset the factory settings on the TV, leave the device for a few days, do not install or login to the new account for several days. make sure the IP Address has also changed. After a few days just install Netflix and log in using a new account.
3. Why is the account we sell cheap? Because the account that we sell is a trial account that is only 30 days old.
4. If you choose a package of 3 months, 6 months and 1 year, it means: a new trial account will be sent every month during the package subscription period.
And because of this trial account, Netflix only allows 1 person for 1 month and the following month is charged 51 per month.
5. If we use an trial account again on the same device and the same connection, there is a possibility that the account will be on hold.
6. Usually it will appear on the screen saying "Your Account is On Hold ..."
Now to prevent this we have to make our devices as if they were new devices.
7. The following method must be done if the device has already logged in to a Netflix account (It does not guarantee that the account does not have a hold):
Follow these steps after you have received a Netflix account, to avoid accounts not lasting up to 30 days:
* The most important thing is to reset the internet connection on the wifi or device, so that the ip address changes.
How to reset the ip address on a mobile phone just restart / reboot on an Android or iPhone device.
How to reset the ip address on the wifi modem:
1. Go to Google, type and enter the website www.whatismyip.com
2. Write down the IP address (Your Public IPv4 is: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
3. Turn off the main modem, wait a few minutes, then turn it on again. At firstmedia, you have to wait approximately 1 hour so that the ip address changes.
4. Go again to whatsmyip.com, then make sure the IP address has changed.
4a. If it has changed, please install the Netflix app and login
4b If it hasn't changed, reset it again but wait longer before restarting the modem
4c. If it still hasn't changed, call the respective internet provider, and request an IP reset from there
For multi devices, do sign out, delete applications / browsing history / reset at once, just reset IP once, just install and login again
How to delete the old account history:
* Before using on a Laptop / PC: The browser must delete history, cache, cookies. (The hotkey is pressed together: ctrl + shift + del)
* Before using Smart TV: (Sign Out first from an old account) Must Reset Factory Settings every time you want to log in to a new account.
* Before using on Playstation 3-4: Clean the netflix application, wait at least 1 hour, then download netflix again.
* Before using Blu-Ray: Delete the Netflix application or Restore factory settings.
* Before using on Android Devices: Uninstall the Netflix Application, then restart Android, reinstall the Netflix application.
* Before using on iPhone: Deleting the Netflix Application, then restarting the iPhone, reinstalling the Netflix application.
