maybe it's summer time where you are and the heat can be brutal so why make it a little easier and have your f/o(s) beside you.

are you a soak up the sun type of person? maybe taking them to the beach, getting sand everywhere or a fair to ride the rides would be a perfect day! top it off with ice cream or another frozen treat.

or maybe the sun isn't your cup of tea. Staying indoors with the fan or AC blowing. Sharing some fresh, cold fruit or an ice cold drink. perhaps all you can do is lay down at enjoy the cold air giving you a break from the heat. Anyway you wanna beat (or enjoy) the heat I just think it's fun having someone or a whole group to keep you company!

Good morning, everyone! I hope you all are well. It’s been an extremely difficult couple of months, both mentally and physically, over here. So I just want to say, to anyone else who needs to hear it.

Your f/o does not think any less of you for the days you can't get out of bed. They aren't ashamed or embarrassed by you. To them, you are, always have been, and always will be absolutely wonderful. Like cosmic dust or seashells. They don't think you're gross when you can't take care of yourself properly. There's no burdening, they could never view you that way. They aren't offended when you can't take time for them right away. It'll never, ever be held against you. Sometimes all we have to do is survive, and your f/o understands that completely.

There may be days you can’t go to school. There may be days you can’t go to work. There may be days where things start to spiral, and despite your best efforts it all feels like it’s falling apart. Your f/o will be there whenever you’re ready, and together you can take things slow.

They could never love you less for your challenges. Even when the uphill battle feels nigh on impossible. Even when it feels like there's nothing left to fight for. They're holding you close, their love and support continues to grow like roots in the ground. There's no judgement from them, not for you. Not for this.

Never forget how much your f/o loves you. Yes, even when you don't feel worthy, even when you doubt it. Especially then. Your f/o loves you forever and always. And you know what? You have a whole community behind you, too. We're all here to support you unconditionally. You are so loved.
