i’ll make it kinda short because i don’t wanna cry and be too emo on new years, so here we go:

this year was tough for everyone. based on my experience, i’ve been homesick from moving away from my hometown, i didn’t get to graduate properly, my first year of college was online, and i even got corona at some point. however, one thing that always brought me joy was being on this site! true, it’s toxic a lot of times and there’s been lots of discourse, but nonetheless, i’m so grateful to have a platform where i can be fangirl self with everyone of u guys! all the love, support, and interaction i’ve received is unmatched, and each one of u guys really made this shitty year so much better. you guys made me love each anime character more by screaming about them with me, and i can never thank y’all enough for that.

With your finals coming up all of your spare time was put into studying, especially with the influence of your boyfriend who wasn’t going to settle for a bad grade, from either of you. Simply sitting near each other while you did your own things was common for the two of you so studying wasn’t much different, but it was encouraging having his presence around knowing you could go to him for help and that you were in this together.
