I think the crazy thing abt the lego movie two is that Lucy is definatly the main character. Not from OUR perspective, but from the kids(specifically finns) because like. Emmet is missing. Lucy does all the narrations, Lucy represents Finns want to grow up and push away catchy pop music and his sisters ideas. She has all the hallmarks of a protagonist. Emmets the ANTAGONIST in this movie, he goes againts everything she's trying to preserve, and even if they kind of come at it at the same angle in the end when she realizes shes doing the wrong thing she tries to Stop Emmet and he causes the end of the world anyway. Crazy writing.
