One of Angela’s favorite things to do is decorate for holidays and special occasions.  Fareeha learned this from experience shortly after they moved in together.  She came home from work one day at the end of May to find every curtain in the house closed, and Angela demanded that she not touch them.  

When Fareeha woke up the next morning, she smiled and realized that it was the first of June when she saw that Angela had gone through the house and opened all of the curtains in the middle of the night.  The windows were all covered with a film made of tiny prisms that flooded the house with rainbows as they caught the morning sunlight.
