Unpopular Opinions: Pretty Little Liars

Ezria was not Romantic. It was Creepy.

I remember watching this show as a kid, and every time Ezra was on screen, it was literally me being like, "Okay so when is this fool going to jail?" Like i genuinely cannot believe that this show literally condoned and glorified this relationship, which is even more horrible when you remember that this show was mostly watched by young girls. And then when i found out that they were like the fan favorite ship, i could not believe it. NO! This relationship was far from okay, and I can not believe that writers let it go as far it did, even making her parents seem like the villains in the situation, when they were completely in the right for being angry and wanting to call the cops. And then they have them Ezra marry Aria, and adopt a kid together. Not only did he date Alison when she was a minor, but he knew Aria was her friend, he knew Aria was a minor, and he still pursued her anyway. He seduced her, manipulated her and groomed her. Has anyone ever asked the creators why they did this? Because if this show came out today, their would be people rioting.

Yeah, Ezra Fitz Sucks.

Hopper accidentally becomes the biggest ally in Hawkins out of hatred for Mike Wheeler. El wants to date Max? Perfect, Mike is terrified of Max. El wants to date Max and Lucas? Even better, more people to keep Mike away. Will comes out to Joyce and Hop? Hopper is immediately studying up on gay culture and flagging so he can find him a Hop ApprovedTM boyfriend. He sees that nice boy Gareth cuff his jeans one time and starts inviting him to family dinner. Mike seems annoyed that Steve is spending more time with Munson? A pamphlet titled “Accepting your Bisexuality” finds its way into Steve’s jacket pocket. Hopper has never seen Mike as furious as the day Steve and Munson arrive at dinner holding hands. It’s a good day. Hopper isn’t sure how Nancy dating the Buckley girl will annoy Mike, but he’s willing to give it a shot.

Season 4 should've been when Byler were flirty cute cutes with hand touches, hugs, and lingering glances, which ended with them together at the end of the season.

El's independence and self discovery arc should have been all of season 4.

The twist in season 5 should have been a "Will they or won't they" for Henderhop.
