Too many people are mad about Microsoft and Adobe's latest nanny functions being marketed as "AI!!!" more than about them being spyware on a level that would have gotten these things blacklisted as highly dangerous Trojans by every anti-malware program on the planet in 2005.
And these companies are depending on that.
They would much rather be able to write off everyone who doesn't want these "features" as technophobic old grumps and Chicken Littles reacting to a buzzword than have people actually broadly acknowledge the invasiveness of it all.
Once more, with feeling,
It's not "Microsoft and Adobe want to integrate AI features to spy on the things you do on your own devices,"
It's "Microsoft and Adobe want to integrate AI features to spy on the things you do on your own devices."

Chat Noir: Hey, my lady? Quick question: why was Argos multitasking during patrol and trying to solve a cryptex? He said he got it from you.
Ladybug, casually: Oh, it’s from my latest treasure hunt I made for him.
Chat Noir: …You give him treasure hunts? Why?
Ladybug: I still don’t totally trust him not to pull another ‘Red Moon’ incident so I figured if I give him enrichment, he’s gonna be spending his time solving puzzles and figuring out clues that take him all over the city instead of potentially becoming a supervillain again.
Chat Noir, who watched Félix spend several hours to solving riddles last night: …Huh. Does he know..?
Ladybug: 90% sure, yes. I don’t think he cares that much, he’s pretty invested in it and I’m great at creating complex systems with clues to follow so— it works out. Plus usually there is something to find at the end of the trail. Usually Kagami.

Wasp-posting-wednesday!!
Ever heard a wasp tantrum before?
She (a great golden digger wasp, sphex ichneumoneus) was trying to dig a hole for her offspring, but the blades of dead grass were getting in her way. So while trying to grip and tear them out, she was buzzing and huffing which made it look as if she was having a tantrum. Pretty funny and cute. Turn up your volume to hear her squeak!

some facts for anyone wondering whats going on in miraculous ladybug there is a character whos a god creature older than time, having witnessed everything since the very beginning. it is incorporeal in its true nature and cannot be percieved in any way because it is the living embodiment of a concept and as such the only way its presence can be felt is in the effect it has on the world around it. it lives in all of the infinite parallel universes at once and experiences them all simultaneously in a way the human mind cannot parse, and the depth of its knowledge is so unknowable that there is not enough time in a human life for it to explain all that it has seen. it can bend reality to its will and uses this power to take on a physical form that humans are capable of seeing and interacting with, so it can bestow a fraction of its power onto humans it deems worthy. and it chooses to be a little red hamster that weighs 3 ounces

So sick of dog motif what about cat motif.
I love you but we don't love the same. I can't be near you when you want me to be. Your love is smothering and your need to keep me safe is trapping me. I'm my own person but I don't know how to show you that. I lash out and hurt you even though I don't mean to. I need you to move slowly around me or I'll bolt. I love you, even though I don't say it. If you stay still I'll sit next to you, and even though we don't understand each other we can be together like that.

thinking about how the world would be better if more people understood the differences between 'the author failed to tell the story they wanted to tell' and 'the author told the story they wanted to tell, but they told it badly' and 'the author told the story they wanted to, and they told it well, but it wasn't the story I wanted to read'
