Harsh reality? You don't get these results by restricting for just a couple weeks and then giving up, no, you have to be consistent, you have to stick with it at all times. Why give up and lose all your progress for nothing? You didn't suffer for nothing, you didn't resist those cravings, feel the pain in your stomach, and cry for nothing. You know what you want and you need to fight for it. Nobody said it was an easy route to take, it's not easy, it's never going to be easy but don't throw away what you want the most for a taste of what you want right now. Every bite counts, just keep going and you will be where you want to be sooner rather than later...

guidelines:
🌕 - a werewolf's temper is delicate. eating too much food can easily confuse it and send it into chaos. to stay human outside of the full moon, ensure you dont exceed 1000 net calories a day.
🌕 - run! exercise! move! try to let that frantic, wolfish energy inside of you out.
🌕 - burn a lot each day, through that movement. if you neglect to do this, adjust your intake
🌕 - on the day of the full moon, f4st. on the day of the new moon, have a meta day.
🌕 - dont count any calories from medicine or vitamins, and take them as needed and whenever its required.
🌕 - you might be irritable or difficult to be around with this new lunar affliction. thats okay. youre not a bad person. youre learning how to navigate your life that is forever changed.

everyone should make an emerg3ncy bag. esp if you do long f4sts
what's an emerg3ncy bag?
a small bag of things you might need in case of an emerg3ncy, like if your bl00d sugar gets way too low, if you fa'nt, feel too dizzy to stand up, etc.
what should i keep in it?
- a small snack, i keep a 100 c4l granola bar
- salt, it's important you have enough esp if you aren't e4ting
- electrolyte packets to add to your water
- a bottle of water, if your bag is big enough. a vitamin water is also a great choice
- other med!cal necessities (i keep ibupr0fen and my inhaler in it as well)
- tums for stomach acid, if that's a problem for you
- bandaids, because r3stricting can case your skin to weaken and break more easily
- it might help to keep a card with some info on it like your bl00d type, age range, etc in case you end up in emerg3ncy care, and your med!cal card if you can
- you can even keep lens wipes in it if you wear glasses
i keep mine beside my bed and take it with me whenever i leave. it doesn't seem suspicious at all, no one knows i have an ed, they just know i carry an extra snack and some meds.
this type of thing could save your life. if you end up very s'ck, a small snack can help until you can get a meal. if you end up in the h0spital, having your med card can give them easy access to your med records so they can save you. it can also help you feel a little less mis3rable if you end up in a s'ckly situation.
every time you leave the house, remember it's summertime, and you're running on low sustenance. you might end up in a situation where you wish you had something to ease the sympt0ms.

🪽🦴my wl tips🦴🪽
⚠️obviously these will not be manageable for everyone and please be safe
- i DO NOT exceed 1500 k@lories literally ever (even on met@bolism days and b!nges)
- i eat anywhere from 300-600 kals a day
- i track EVERYTHING
- i don’t eat nasty @ss protein bars and processed stuff but instead whole foods that actually are enjoyable to eat
- i don’t eat ANYTHING i do not like the taste of (waste of kals and would rather eat nothing)
- if i stay up late, ill have a snack around 2-4 am to trick my body into thinking that’s time to eat. (this way i can often sleep through my hunger)
- no liquid or food before 12pm ( i start every day at around 12pm with coffee)
- i prefer to not eat breakfast mainly because im genuinely not hungry in the mornings
- a single meal should never exceed 350 calories
- every morning i take fiber gummies, apple cider vinegar and fish oil supplements
- i drink 2-3 cups of green tea (atleast one cup per meal)
- with every meal i take a physicians choice digestive enzyme
- i have metabolism days if i noticed i haven’t pooped in around 3 or more days (metabolism day=900-1000 kals)
- no soda (this includes diet anything) once you quit it’s so easy to never want soda again because now even the thought makes me nauseous
- honestly i don’t make my 10k steps everyday but the days i dont i will do something physical at home like deep clean my room, do a Just Dance video on youtube, etc
- i watch messy Mukbangs made by heavier people whenever i want to be discouraged from eating
- i make sure to always eat LESS than a serving size
- i drink like 3 40oz stanley’s a day
- roasted seaweed snack packs and Outshine fruit pops are literally 30 cals each and R SO GOOD OMG
- i look in the mirror….
anyways hope this helps 😍😍 if i think of more stuff i’ll continue to edit this post

maturing is realizing that ana is just like a relationship. there’s a honeymoon phase, the phase after the honeymoon where you don’t look forward to st4rving as much and it’s starting to take its toll but you’re in too deep to stop, and the third phase where you see the most results, and everything is so easy from there it’s like second nature. it’s similar to a relationship in that people want to leave when things get hard not knowing that it’ll only get easier after. hope whoever reads this sees it as inspo to not give up and binge <3
