Nekketsu Kouha Kunio Kun #3

On the next day, Kunio and Hiroshi make it to school on time!

And Kunio continues to refer to Ms. Madoka as "Madoka-Chan."

Meanwhile on the roof, Yuuya and Toshio got word that Kunio defeated Wataru. They agree that it's time to call in the entire Hanazono gang. Their plan is to get Riki, the boss of Hanazono High, to fight Kunio in a one-on-one battle and end him.

It's pointed out that Wataru is second to Riki, but acts independently from him. At schools in Japan you're expected to respect your "senpai" or superior in school AND society, especially rank. In America, elders aren't respected as much, and age doesn't necessarily determine superiority (from my experience at least). Since Wataru is breaking rank, he's going to be in deep doo-doo if RIki finds out

Riki Samejima is known as a local legend that took on 20 biker gang members (bousouzoku BOW-SOW-ZO-KU) and defeated them all.

Later, Wataru and the gang assemble in front of the school.

Wataru: If you find Kunio, wipe the floor with him!

They mosey on over to the school yard and scare off some students

Meanwhile in class, a loud voice is heard from outside: KUNIO! GET OUT HERE! WHEN I FIND YOU, YOU'RE DEAD MEAT!

It's Wataru, coming back for more with extra men in tow.

Kunio walks over to the window and gazes at Wataru talking to female Nekketsu students, who are terrified. Good lord, this is like the wild west. Kunio: Man he's persistent.  Madoka: You can't fight, Kunio. Remember the promise you made! Kunio: That's now irrelevant! they want a fight, they got a fight! Madoka: Kunio! Don't go! I'll have a talk with them

So off Madoka goes to talk to Wataru.

Kuino: Just be careful, Madoka...

He said as he walked towards the classroom door....

Meanwhile the principal is yelling at the Hanazono delinquents in the school yard, telling them to leave. That is up until Madoka shows up and everyone gawks at her, (I think Wataru got a nosebleed)

Wataru: You're too hot to teach here. toots! Madoka: What business do you have with Kunio? Wataru:　We don’t answer to you, toots! That’s no way to greet us! Madoka: Tell me, what do you want with Kunio!?” Wataru: We want revenge! Madoka: “You boys are cowards; pitting an entire gang against Kunio!

Wataru walks straight up to Madoka's face, and says,

Wataru:  Very well, our first act of vengeance starts with you!

Wataru socks Madoka right in the face and she falls back to the ground. Words are useless now. 

Kunio witnesses this right when he enters the yard, and is really pissed.

"You bastards! How dare you hit my teacher!"

Madoka tries her best to stop him, but an enraged Kunio charges the gang, runs over them, and escapes.

At this point in the game, I decided to beat up a few Hanazono High students that attacked me so a could earn enough money to buy a special move.the Mach Kick. It's so cheap, yet so effective. Think Chun-Li's Hyakuretsu Kyaku.

Like in River City Ransom, I took the time to spend money on food so I could boost my stats. This is very important, especially for later in the game when the game gets more difficult.

From top to bottom we can buy:

Cake Tea Coffee Creme Soda Toast Set Curry Rice (!!! Love that stuff) Or you can get the buffet

They even have vending machines. From top to bottom, we can get: Coffee Cider A Sports Drink Apple Juice Bean Soup Oden

Drinks bought are placed into your equipment, along with food purchased at the school cafeteria.

To begin the next fight, go to the park.

Wataru: “You won’t run away this time!” Kunio: Heh, I wasn’t running away; I got you right where I want you.” Kunio: No one hits my teacher! Kunio: I’ll pay you back 100 times over! Wataru: Oh yeah? Boys, wipe the floor with him! 

Then Wataru joins in and gets pounded.

After getting pummeled, Wataru takes off, saying, "You're good, but you're still no match for Riki!"

Kunio gives chase, but Wataru gets away. So, Kunio decides to return to class.

More like 4DS because I'll most likely buy a Japanese New 3DS to get some exclusives in addition to the US New 3DS, then I'll own 4 3DS handhelds. Uggggggh.

They called it the Nintendo 3DS because they made me buy it 3 times.
