how do they listen to their music? ipod, mp3, computer, cd, records, etc?
Yes, she does though not very frequently, she’d not the type of person who has a ton of playlists she’s created herself. It’s mostly curated playlists on apple music based on the genres and artists she likes. She’s into R&B and alternative mostly when she’s by herself. Though she’ll take anything with a good hype upbeat at a party or club when she wants to dance. Though that stuff is never going to be what’s saved in her music library. She’ll mostly listen to music in the car, or if she’s in a particular mood in bed as she tries to drown out her thoughts with the lyrics and soulful beats.
do they take baths or showers? do they prefer one over the other?
Showers for practicality reasons, she’s someone whose always running late over one thing or another can never find the time for a bath. Sure the idea of it is intriguing, it sounds like it’d be so relaxing to take a bath with candles, wine, and bath salts and the whole nine yards but actually setting all that up for herself and doing it is something that’s almost never happened. Also who has time to clean a whole ass tub before and after all that?
do they wear their hair down when they sleep, or tied up / braided?
Mostly down, though on really hot nights when it’s clinging to the back of her neck she tosses it up all the way at her hairline in a super loose haphazardly gathered bun.
how many blankets / pillows do they like to have on their bed?
Plenty, she really enjoys falling back into many layers of softness, with different furs, and textures it’s like the best thing about going to bed after a tiring day. Though half of those pillows if not more will be on the ground by morning cause she moves a lot in her sleep.
what do they normally dream about? nightmares or nonsense?
More often than not throughout her life whenever she has dreamed it’s been subtly disturbing or an out right nightmare. Likely a manifestation of her dark past that she kept buried down for so long. After everything she’s gone through in the last four years it’s all nightmares, and she struggles very much to even fall asleep, or stay asleep after her exhaustion gets to be too much.

Cain.
He spotted her. Of course he spotted her, practically a mile off & with eyes like laser beams. He hadn’t been heading towards her, she was simply unfortunate enough to be stood in the direction he was walking which made it impossible for either of them to simply ignore one another. Awkward. “Sana.” Giving a small nod of his head, there’s a pause where he’s about to say something like ‘yeah, same to you.’ but the words catch in his throat and for a couple seconds all he can do is stare at her. Like he needs that moment to let it sink in that she’s here. “Feeling’s not exactly mutual,” at least he was honest. “And I’m around 4 shots too sober to do this.” Though it could be argued he was always 4 shots too sober, everything was better when the alcohol ran through his bloodstream.
Sana was splintered, as far from one piece as a person could get, so his rather crude words struck a nerve. Any attempt at a smile or whatever she’d managed to piece together on her face went away at the less than pleasant sentiment. Actually she wasn’t really expecting pleasant, but civil at the very least. She’d done all the explaining she needed to do to the person who actually was entitled to it, and she wasn’t particularly interested in most other’s opinions of her at the moment since she had plenty of more concerning things to occupy her mind. Her face back to it’s resting state blank as a canvas, her thumb glided over her car remote to unlock her car standing just a few yards away before responding. “Let me save you the trouble of a small bender there. I’d say it was good seeing you but...” She let the sentiment linger as she stepped out of his path to head off.

Austin.
WITH: @austinmonroe WHEN: The afternoon of September 23rd WHERE: The park
When Sana had reached out to Austin she’d tried not to keep her hopes up on him even getting back to her. He had every right be not want to see her after the hurt she’d caused his brother after all. But he had replied, and they made plans to meet up the very next day. So there she was waiting at the park, standing from the bench she occupied when she saw him walking over with a stroller. A smile filled her face instantly as she walked up to meet him, peering into the stroller at the sleeping baby unable to help herself, her hand coming up to her mouth in a small moment of awe at the beautiful child. It took some effort to look away from the sleeping baby but she offered her brother in law, a warm smile. “Thank you for meeting me, and thank you from bringing her! It’s made my day, truly!” This was perhaps the first time she’d truly smiled like this since being back in town.

Ophelia.
WITH: @lia-lawson WHEN: The evening of the September 13th after the first murder WHERE: The Masquerade Ball held at Town Hall
Sana had just pulled out her phone to text Adriana to find out where she’d gone off to and if they wanted to head out together. When hurried movement caught her attention she looked up the text left half written confused as so any people were moving towards the side entrance of the room, some panic voices evident though muffled by the music. Out of curiosity after a moment she picked herself up off the table cursing her heels yet again that evening as she made towards the commotion. Halfway there the music finally cut off and the crowd began to shift this time most people seemed to be heading towards the main entrance presumably to leave. She had a sinking feeling in her stomach though she kept her route growing concerned, she’d just barely gotten close enough to see what was actually going on when someone rushing past shoulder checked her, sending her staggering against another person. She reached out to grip them so they both wouldn’t fall, when she pushed her dark hair out of her face she was greeted with a familiar face. “Lia! Are you okay, I’m sorry about that that guy...” She shook her head letting out a small sigh. “Do you know what’s going on, why everyone’s in such a panic?”

Adriana.
She was definitely a little late to the start of the night, but Adriana didn’t expect anything less given her schedule. It was a miracle in itself that she had gotten the night off to begin with and had raced home from the precinct to change and by the time she was ready, Sana was gone. Which was why she was looking for the other woman now, scanning the masked citizens around her a little relieved that she’d seen the others outfit already. Otherwise it would have been harder to spot the raven haired vixen who was currently showing everyone up in her silver gown. It was exactly the right choice and she could feel herself grinning with a sense of pride as she headed in the others direction.
“There you are!” Rushing over and touching the woman’s arm briefly with her hand to get her attention. “I know I’m late, I got here as fast as I could without looking too much like I came here directly from work.” Laughing a little as that’s exactly how she looked but it would do for Charming. The fact that everyone here had actually paid money to come out dressed up like this was even more surprising to her but she had to admit it was a little fun. Picking out a mask and coordinating jewelry. She hadn’t been this excited for an outfit in a long time.
“You look amazing by the way, we need to show you and that dress off!”
Sana had waited for Adriana a decent while after she’d finished getting ready for the event. Coming with her would’ve been far less nerve wreaking than by herself, and she loathed to admit that was even something she’d sat around considering. These were things that she had never worried about before. There were so many things about her that had changed in the last four years and she hated them all, she hated that she her anxiety no longer was in her control, and she simply went in circles about everything in her head over and over. She used to be far less concerned by what others thought, she spoke her mind and acted authentically without having to think about what she was doing or saying. That wasn’t the case anymore.
The sense of relief that washed over her when the other woman appeared beside her was nearly palpable like it had become easier to breath, and she smiled fully probably the first time all night. “Please I fussed for well over an hour and if you can leave the house looking like that in a rush you’re clearly doing something right.” She said as stepped to look at the outfit all put together, “I’m so happy you went with that dress your skin looks radiant against it!” She smiled at the compliment she paid her though shrugged. “Yeah I don’t know about that, Melissa’s here. CJ told her I’m back in town so it’s not like she doesn’t know, but I feel like she’s still likely to try to take a swing at me when we do finally see one another.”

Lena.
lena knew that she was going to regret wearing heels the next day. mostly because in her normal day to day life she stuck with her flats or tennis shoes. yet she knew that if she didn’t wear heels that her look wouldn’t have been complete. she was shooting sana a grateful smile before claiming a seat for herself,” thank god for you,” she said with a laugh,” i don’t know how women can wear these every single day.” she was going to take a sip of her water and shrugged,” thank you! and i am, i’m kind of surprised at the turn out.”
“Beats me, though props to them cause that’s some serious pain tolerance. The most I can bare on a normal day is a few inches of a block heel, anything else and I’d just but staggering along and honestly that just defeats the purpose of looking good in ‘em.” She said as took another sip of her wine, the light buzz she had going most of the event was really helping her nerves out. “Yeah I was a bit surprised too, I heard about what happened a little while back, all things considering this whole event is a bit of a surprise. I wonder what’s been going on behind the scenes for them to want to host something like this at all...” Highbrow was not what one would typically equate to Charming.

CJ.
cj gave a small smile of appreciation as she fired the compliment back at him. he was never really one for small talk, but the fact that it was sana that he was having to do it with was making him a little uncomfortable. the quiet laugh that fell from him lips at her comment was almost involuntary, but it was too late now. “ that’s true — you always did know how to throw a damn good party. ” he nodded a little, taking another swig of his drink in an attempt to keep himself from slipping right back into being normal with her. nothing about the situation was normal & as much as he was trying to keep things positive, he couldn’t let himself get too wrapped up in it. “ yeah, she knows. if i didn’t tell her then someone else would’ve & she’d just beat my ass for keeping secrets from her. ” he rolled his eyes, though his tone was as fond as it always was whenever he spoke about his mother. “ she’s on grandma duty tonight, so she won’t be botherin’ you. ” he assured her, though he quickly realised that he’d now informed her that the kids were here. “ i, uh — couldn’t think of a reason to tell them they couldn’t come. ”
The the change in sentiment since the last time they’d spoken was very clear, and slowly all her nerves settled. She didn’t know why she found it so surprising that it was this easy for her to feel comfortable around him. When he laughed, she her smile brightened, and that fluttering feeling only intensified. Though it wasn’t that hard for Sana to read his face, despite the lack of hostility she got the feeling that he was holding himself back. She nodded, relieved cause she couldn’t imagine anything worse than blindsiding his mother when she had no clue she was back, the woman was more than likely to take a swing at her she imagined. “Good call...did you happen to go into detail?” She asked cautiously, “I just wanna prepare myself as best I can.” If there was one person that had rattled her in Charming it had absolutely been his mother. At the mention of the kids her gaze drifted off in the direction of the kids area, where it remained as if she might be able to spot them among the dozens of children running about. The longing so very clear in her face. “They wouldn’t recognize me anyway, especially with the mask...” Perhaps even without it, and the words held all the sadness completely unmasked. “I really want to see them,” She said almost pleadingly finally looking back at him. “Sometime this week? Whatever way you think would be best!”

top 3 hottest people in charming?
“This is so unfair, everyone in Charming is so good-looking in their own way.” Frowning a little as she tried to actually narrow down her answers to three. “I hate even admitting this but Leo’s not bad on the eyes. Must be that whole bad boy aesthetic he’s got going on. I don’t know. Mariel is also absolutely stunning and I don’t know how she does it. And obviously, I’m going to have to choose Sana because she’s literally my best friend and the hottest woman here.” @leocortez @marielbuenaventura @sanamonroe
