Tumblr media

It is strategically redefining Indian fashion in the worldwide fashion sector, leading the industry via creative impact. The event features the newest wedding couture trends and designs from the country's top fashion designers. For India's leading designers, couture aficionados, important personalities, celebrities, socialites, and legacy brands, IBFW has become the most sought destination.
IBFW honors India's most important and opulent occasion: the wedding. Weddings have evolved into a status symbol for the wealthy and renowned, and with such large sums of money spent on them, bridal couture clothing is the most profitable part of the Indian fashion industry. IBFW wants to tap into this market while also assisting consumers in getting the most out of the country's brilliant designers and lifestyle items.
Renowned fashion designers have taken part in India Bridal Fashion Week, including Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Tarun Tahiliani, Adarsh Gill, Ashima Leena, Shyamal Bhumika, Sulakshna Monga, Vikram Phadnis, Gaurav Gupta, Gauri Nainika , JJ Valaya Jyotsna Tiwari , Mandira Wirk, Manish Arora, Falguni Shane Peacock, Mandira Wirk, Manish Arora, Meera Muzaffar Ali, Neeta Lulla, Pallavi Jaikishan, Raghavendra Rathore, Rina Dhaka, Rocky S, Rohit Bal, Shantanu Nikhil and many more.

The latest fashion week that was held in the year 2021, turned heads of all fashion lovers. With glitz and glamor, India's fashion sector skillfully led the internet revolution and was now on the second digital edition of India Couture Week. One of the country's most anticipated fashion events, which leads the Festive and wedding seasons, was an extravagant thrill for brides to take command and play with their gowns to give them a distinctive touch. This couture week was inspired by fuss-free ensembles that can be dressed up beautifully with magnificent jewelry or even a distinctive hair and makeup appearance that allowed the brides to enjoy their big day stress free. The collection obviously included ravishing reds and scintillating golds. Aside from that, the catalogs featured ivory, muted beige, and golden hues, while the stunning silhouettes enriched the dramatic shapes and flowy ruffles, draped skirts and dresses paired with bralettes, jackets with power shoulders, slip dresses paired with long jackets, hand beading techniques, and Banarasi cutwork and chanderi silk textiles. But the best feature of this collection was hand paintings that were displayed through marbling patterns over discarded PVC and hand-woven polymers, as well as a concept of lehenga that was carved and decorated with sparkles of tinted glass or a gown with fan-like designs.

Indian weddings are grand and grander are their outfits and to make these outfits magnificent a dash of sparkles, glitters and lots of colors are needed and that’s when the biggest wedding designers come into play. They work with all the indigents and make the magic happen. The vivid styles of Indian wedding wear are well-known. The designers behind these promote maximalism, which is at the heart of these clothing styles. There are a variety of hues to select from, starting from bright pinks to emerald greens, as well as more minimalist styles that appreciate sharp lines and minimum adornment. There is a remarkable and unique design for all brides that only a good designer can make and India happens to have many of those talented artists.

Another name that every bride to be should know is Manish Malhotra. He is known not just for his work in the bridal industry, but also for his work as a fashion designer for countless Bollywood films. Brides of India
Tumblr media
When we talk about the latest fashion trends in India the wedding industry is the first thing that comes to your mind. India ranks as the second largest wedding market after the United States in the world with over 10 million weddings a year. This sector of the industry is worth over $50 billion with an annual growth rate of 30%. The reason behind the rapid growth of the industry is because Indian weddings are growing increasingly extravagant every year, and Indians are unconcerned about costs. The goal is to surprise and entertain visitors and family.
The ebbs and flows of a traditional Indian wedding have long been defined by traditions that is why, in the Indian culture, weddings are extremely important. Trust, unity, love, and values are the foundations of an Indian marriage, and they must follow the new couple on their journey for their entire lives. In India, a wedding is more than just the uniting of the bride and groom; it also entails the joining of two families. As a result, an Indian wedding focuses not only on the couple, but also on all of their families, who all play a role in the successful resolution of their union. An Indian wedding usually includes a variety of rituals and lasts five days and each of these days, not only the brides and grooms but also their families doll themselves up and that is exactly where the bridal fashion industry of India plays its role.
The bridal fashion industry of India not only features the brides but also their grooms and their families. These clothes are specially designed keeping in mind how grand the wedding celebrations of India are. Everyone is dressed in auspicious colors and regal auras. The bridal wear ranges from traditional Lehenga, Saree, Gown, Anarkali, Salwar Kameez and many more whereas grooms wear ranges from Dhoti Kurta, Kurta Pyjama, Sherwani, Jodhpuris and others. The major attraction of these celebrations are the dresses, and the wedding gowns that, of course, must be flawless in each ceremony. Indian bridal wear is a legitimate and suitable trousseau. Above all, accessories and jewelry play a significant role, if not crucial. As a result, many Indian designers have begun to develop jewelry lines, and some of them also provide the option of organizing the entire wedding, leaving the bride worry-free. In other circumstances, they provide extra services like invitation manufacturing and mailing. Bridal fashion and Indian weddings in general represent the changes in the economy in Indian society while also embodying the customs and culture of India, therefore planning and organizing them has become a major undertaking in recent years. As a result, there is a significant opportunity for bridal designers to expand their company.
