Quoiqu’il serait dommage de se priver d’une arrivée en barque au terme d’une marche de quelques jours entre les villes de Kalaw et Nyaung Shwe...

Au bout d’une étroite ligne d’eau bordée de lotus, l’apparition soudaine de cette superbe bâtisse dans la lumière du crépuscule reste l’un des souvenirs les plus marquants de cette échappée… La suite n’en est pas moins réjouissante : piscine à débordement avec vue imprenable sur le lac, service prévenant mais discret. Sans oublier une cuisine birmane revisitée avec beaucoup de raffinement
