Why did you start with the company?

I started with the company because many of the goals that I am going to accomplish throughout my career include building my own sales team and add value to their lives to see growth professionally and personally. Also, running my own office, being a successful manager is another goal to really have the financial freedom to do as I please, when I please.

What is your favorite part about working with the company?

My favorite part about working for the company is the overall atmosphere and culture in and outside the office. It is very team oriented and the support offered from everyone is amazing. Truly some incredible people!

If you can travel anywhere in the world where would you go?

Venice, Italy because one, I love Italian food, two, dry, red wine is one of my favorites, and three, it would be pretty amazing to see the Grand Canal in person.

Who is one of your role models?

My older brother Ryan is my role model. He is just an amazing guy all around from hanging out together like best buddies to sharing valuable life lessons brother to brother. He has always been a hard work and an inspiration to reach your full potential.

What are some of your favorite hobbies? How did you get into these hobbies?

One of my favorite hobbies is playing guitar and funny story, I originally got into learning the guitar from my older brother. I remember him playing Collie Man by Slightly Stupid and that moment instantly I told myself, “Yep, I am going to learn the guitar.”

Do you play any sports?

I play basketball, baseball, and now mainly golf.

How do you relax after a stressful work week?

The best way to relax after a stressful work week is to just vent to someone. Anyone who will listen it really does help venting out your frustrations to someone who will listen.

What is your advice for new leaders on the team?

My advice for new leaders on the team is to continue to stick to your 4s, 5s, and 8s. Do not over complicate things, stick to the system. Continue to grind and if you find yourself having troubles, do not hesitate to set-up one on ones. Having an outside perspective to help fix what you are doing wrong is critical to your growth.

What is your favorite book and why?

Salem’s Lot by Stephen King. If you think horror movies are scary? They do not even come close to a horror novel by Stephen King. You have been warned!

What is your favorite quote?

 “Mmm, I’m kind of in the mood for tacos” (SpongeBob SquarePants, Season 2, Episode 14).

Who is your favorite sports team and why?

 My favorite sports teams are all Cleveland sports. Indians, Browns, Cavs. But if our teams aren’t in contention for a championship (we usually aren’t) I’ll root for the underdog team.

Do you have a secret talent?

Beer Pong is definitely my secret talent. I am under estimated a lot when it comes to beer pong.

Do you have a favorite color and why?

 I have two actually haha. They are a slick red and deep purple

If you could be any famous person in the world who would you be and why?

 I would choose Tiger Woods minus the personal issues he went through. How dominate he was early in his career, how much of an influence he had had on the game of golf, and the comeback he made after all the injuries/surgeries to win the Masters again I think is truly an amazing story.
