Consistency is key!!! It only gets better and better!! I love ❤️ what she says about her daily routine - “it’s like brushing your teeth, it feels so weird when it doesn’t happen”. I feel the same way. Check out this woman, Jen Hagen!! "Well, I have to first say, I am so happy with how far I've come in 8 months.
