HISTORICALS

the footfalls of the artist currently known as reagan vaughan — simply known as “ray” to most — are the bellwether of drama across oceans, and through the ages; they’ve never been known to simply vanish without making an impression, known by many names & monikers in cities across the european continent, constantly renaming, recycling, reinventing, attaching to people & then casting them aside just as easily. they’ve never had quite as much fun as a bloodied spree that led them to be labelled the sanguinaire of marseille, france, in the 1920s, but they’re always searching for a new adventure.

( for this life, however, they’ve elected to come from their original home city: oxford, england, the old seat of the de vere family, allies of the new tudor king. to add to the newest life story, you might catch a gentle irish lilt, if you listen. if it leads you to think of moriarty, you wouldn’t necessarily be far off the mark. )

in every city they’ve visited, it’s been ray’s priority to carve out a haven for the wild & the vicious. in manhattan, that’s sanguinaire nightclub — it’s a password-protected supernatural haven where anyone can conduct their business, if they pay enough. so what’s the vibe? the parties at studio 54 when it used to be a club, but brought up to the present day, with a mixed in sprinkle of the current german nightclub scene. 

so clean up nice & embrace the darker urges within you. venture through the back rooms and you’ll find the chemical, the carnal, and the cut-throat ( literally. ) as one can imagine of a former marseillaise murderer, they’re more than happy to entertain the criminal, so long as they make money off of it.
