Another day. Another hashtag. Another family suffering. Another day of anger. Another day of media spins. Another day to dehumanize a black victim. Another acquittal after another couple of weeks of anger. My question is-- when will the police be held accountable for their actions when we can clearly see video after case after video of the double standards in this country?

If you love me, love me in entirety. love my flaws, love my habits, love my over protective - under expressive ways. love the way I never have time, but will always create time for you. love my over drive to become a better me but my lack of discipline to get there.. right away. love me despite myself. love my insecurities into a secure place. love my mistakes into the past. love my smile even when stained. love my breathe even in the morning. love who I am and who I have potential to be.. then love me enough to help me grow.
