.ᐟ.ᐟ his dorayaki supplier = his girlfriend. this is just how manjiro's brain works, so whenever you text saying you wanna come over or meet up, before even discerning where he will ask about the dorayaki or tell you to bring some along. you once asked him who he loved more and he said he loved both of you, but you more because you can give him another thing he loves, dorayaki and that made you laugh so you settled for bring both his girlfriend and dorayaki supplier

.ᐟ.ᐟ manjiro loves it when you call him pet names, especially when you call him 'my baby', he'll literally melt. be it toman, kantou or bonten manjiro, call him by his favourite pet name and there will be an unmistakeably pleased grin on his lips and even if you really upset him, calling him your baby will make him clear his throat and turn round giving you the puppy eyes and asking you to apologise with a little kiss for him to forgive you

.ᐟ.ᐟ you aren't just his girlfriend, you're basically his mum too. he lost his mother at a young age so you would've thought he had learnt to be responsible but it was the exact opposite, his brother always made his school lunch but he claimed it was always 'too salty' so he basically never ate them, dinner was always fastfood until emma had taken it upon herself to learn to cook for the family. now that you were dating him, you had to wake him, iron his uniform, make his lunch, help him with his homework and basically babysit him, hell you even had to play with him, like a kid. manjiro was very grateful though and he rarely said thanks to anyone so it just made it more obvious how special you were to him whenever he would kiss you on the forehead or kiss your knuckles before mumbling a thank you and meeting your gaze to convey his sincerety

.ᐟ.ᐟ manjiro loved dates, specifically pillow fight dates, cuddle dates and baking dates, why? because these all take place at home, so he can peck you, hug you and hold your hand as much as he likes and he loves to, without anyone there to throw annoyed glances and without you feeling embarrassed. you were prettiest to him when you were comfortable because your true self always shone through in such moments. of course these dates weren't the idealistic, aesthetic type, not with mikey. he wouldn't miss his chance to smear chocolate gnash on your face just to instigate a food fight or tickling you so that the two of you could play fight till the giggles stopped you

.ᐟ.ᐟ draken always did manjiro's hair and it felt like a tradition so you never really tried to take over but manjiro clearly wanted you to. he would always put in the effort to untie his hair completely claiming it was accident or that the band snapped (every day apparently) but you weren't going to question it because you knew manjiro wouldn't stop until he got what he wanted; you to redo it up for him. you weren't complaining, it was fun styling it differently and since he was a guy there were lots of new hairstyles you learnt through doing his hair but the happiest one out of the two of you was definitely manjiro himself, occasionally even slipping up and telling you to touch a spot again which made it obvious he just wanted you to play with his hair, not just because it came apart but because of how cute he looked asking you never argued

.ᐟ.ᐟ whenever you needed a shopping trip, manjiro was glad to come along but of course, it ended with you littering him with cute outfits claiming he always wore the same shirts but manjiro was uncharacteristically quiet the whole time and tried on everything you told him to and whenever you would praise him something suspiciously akin to a happy grin would threaten to break his coy expression hinting at how happy he actually was, especially when you called him 'cute', he was over the moon and grumbled once or twice but only because he was worried the compliments would stop

.ᐟ.ᐟ manjiro loves when you feed him so much that sometimes when he really wants your attention he'll pretend he doesn't want to eat just so that you will feed him bite by bite and he'll act all reluctant and pouty unless you do it properly, sat on his lap and using aeroplane noises, the full package. once you're done he'll give you the brightest smile that fills you with a warmth you can't explain, it really makes your day

this is a birthday post, happy birthday shinichiro!

you really didn't want to go. you would've rather stayed at home than go on a double date to the movies with your best friend and her boyfriend, and your crush, shinichiro sano. you weren't outgoing so obviously you barely ever spoke to him but you had been to several events and projects together for university so you do see him often and of course, your friend made the first move and spoke to him, insisting he came with you to the movies to keep you company. you sometimes didn't appreciate unwanted involvement but there was no point in complaining now, as you sat down next to shinichiro in the cinema, your friend and her boyfriend on sano's other side.

shinichiro: -n...y/n?

you didn't even notice him calling your name because of how loud the ad on the screen was and when you finally noticed and looked over, you found yourself unable to meet his eyes without feeling your heart bounce around your chest nervously, so you kept your eyes glued to the screen while responding, even though that's not really how conversations work, but that was the least of your worries.

y/n: y...yes.

shinichiro, smiling encouragingly: do you normally watch the jurassic movies?

he was obviously just trying to make friendly conversation but why was it annoying you so much? any other day you would've been thrilled and probably would've jumped at the chance to talk to the man you've been secretly crushing on for almost a year now. in this moment however, you could only nod and try to act as if you weren't interested in talking right now, and he picked up on it, turning back to the screen and focusing on the now playing movie.

it hadn't even been five minutes into the movie before you were excusing yourself. the popcorn you ate tasted like plastic and the sprite like acid, you had no appetite and just felt so drained. you regretted not just rejecting your friend's offer when she asked, you probably should have.

you drag open the heavy bathroom door and walk inside, slumping into the first stool you reached but when you took your pants off you had a mini heart attack. blood. just what you needed. your tracking app said your period wasn't till three days from today so why now, why in this situation? your throat felt dry and your chest heavy so you just dropped your head into your arms and cried your heart out. a knock on your door startled you and you figured it must have been one of the other women in the bathrooms who heard your sniffling and got concerned until an all too familiar voice snapped you out of your daze.

shinichiro: y/n..?

you had to pinch yourself slightly just to check you hadn't started dreaming, this was the girl's bathroom, so why was shinichiro in here?

shinichiro: ...you were taking a while so i came to check...are you okay?

you teared up again at his kindness. sano had come into the women's bathroom despite probably being stared at judgingly just to check on you.

shinichiro: y/n? ...please answer me.

you wiped your tears and cleared your throat to try again since your voice didn't come out the first time.

y/n: u-umm...this is the women's bathroom-

shinichiro, voice soft as silk: i know, i can read signs yk, that doesn't answer my question though.

y/n: i..ill be out in a bit.

shinichiro, after a slight pause: ...umm...y-you might feel weird because its a guy asking but...do you need anything..yk?

this was so embarrassing. you haven't had a bad day in a while and you're guessing today was a catchup to makeup for that. you were dragged to a double date at the movies with your best friend and your crush and felt sick the entire time only to find out you leaked yourself and now your crush was the one finding out, not even your best friend. karma's a real bitch.

y/n, crying again: ...c..could you just get me some pads..?

shinichiro: sure thing, ill be back in a second.

and he was. he was back so fast you didn't even realise he had left, sliding a bag with pads, wipes and even a new pair of trousers inside from under the cubicle door and reassuring you before waiting right outside the women's bathroom door so that when you came out he was the first person you saw, smiling at you so gently as if to make your day, and it did.

you both stood awkwardly for a while before shinichiro's hand thread through yours, unsure but firm and he smiled down at you, cheeks dusted with a pink hue and eyes darting nervously.

shinichiro: yk...we don't have to go back if you don't want to.

you had no idea how he could read you so easily, the split second of hesitation in your step toward the movie booth again, the way you just seemed uncomfortable, nobody could pick up on them unless they were watching.

y/n, looking up at him with a similar face: w...what do you mean?

shinichiro: we could just leave, do our own thing...yk?

after a few moments of silent confusion he finally sighed heavily before moving round to your front and grabbing your cheeks with both of his palms, eyes cushioning you with their soft gaze as he lowered his voice to that sexy smooth tone that makes you and every other girl swoon.

shinichiro: i'm saying, come on a date with me, right now.

you called it a bad day but by the time shinichiro dropped you back home on his bike, you were grinning from ear to ear, completely lovestruck by shinichiro sano, more than you were already.

it was 3 am in the morning and your mum had warned you she wouldn't be home till 8 am, so what was with all the scruffling noises? you didn't even stop to think, scrubbing your eyes hastily while your hand had already reached the baseball bat your boyfriend baji bought you as a gift after you started dating for 'self defence' and you figured this was probably the right time to use it. you kept your feet light as you hurried along the floorboards and down the stairs, hiding with your back pressed against the wall by the front entrance and your heart almost stopped with fear. there was someone there for sure and what's more, they were inside the house. you gulped and took a massive breath before launching yourself around, swinging the bat with all your might.

but you didn’t get far as baji’s fingers wrapped around your tiny wrist and tugged you back into his chest. your breathing calmed a little and baji’s slow and steady heart beat was helping you relax but your heart was radically beating in your chest and your face only turned a deeper shade of crimson.

you didn’t get the moment just to stand there though, keisuke had to show off his biceps since he's been working on them recently and so he tucked an arm under your knees, swooping you off your feet and carrying you to your bed princess style despite you covering your face out of embarrassment and when you got there he plopped you down before getting on top of you and laying on you, heavy as a rock leaving you to giggle like a mess while trying to push him off. your boyfriend was mean, a bully, but also the sweetest, the kindest and the type to commit whole crimes like lock picking instead of waking you, the type who picked the lock to your heart, your little lock-picker.

.ᐟ.ᐟ he's definitely the type of guy who turned and ran the opposite way when he saw you, no, when he realised you were the one for him. it's not that he's scared of commitment but he seems like the type that doesn't really believe in true love and the two of you probably met when he was drinking himself silly in the rain after a fight and you had tried to be nice to him, covered him with you umbrella and asked him why he was hurt, then proceeded to buy a pack of plasters from the convenience store nearby. he would avoid you for ages before finally giving in after realising he'd really upset you

.ᐟ.ᐟ wakasa is the type of guy who will look bored even when you drag him on one of your lovey dates that don't involve blowing your ears out with music and drinking but deep inside he'll genuinely enjoy himself, he likes the peace despite himself. i feel like he would just say 'whatever' if you asked him what he wanted but not because he wasn't paying attention, but because he was busy listening out to what you would order, making a mental note of it for later

.ᐟ.ᐟ wakasa would be the type of guy who's against you going with him to gang meetings but if you got stubborn he would eventually cave since he's always been curious as to how his guys might react (besides, he could fight, and they all knew it)

.ᐟ.ᐟ wakasa is the type who gets jealous of you too, not to be mean but sometimes he might bust your days out with your friends by just showing up and stealing you away just because he doesn't like you showing your full attention to others, because you're his. it's not like he doesn't have friends, he just preferers you obviously

manjiro, bumping his head: ow- this is too small-

you slam the door of the cupboard after giving mikey an apologetic glance and run to your door, opening it a crack and peeking up at your older brother, blonde hair framing his face and inked dragon swimming on his temple but none of that scared you as much as his expression, suspicious.

you smile a bit awkwardly and clear your throat to cover up your gulp before blinking up at him and attempting a question.

y/n: yes?

ken: …we need to talk.

y/n: yes..?

you paused, because he paused. you were expecting him to start talking about whatever it was he wanted to talk about but he just stood in silence staring at you, and you stood just as still, trying to comprehend, that he wanted to come into your room. exactly what you needed. you were about to panic when you realised you could still save the situation so you attempted to exit your room to head to the living room, you had to talk but it didn’t have to be in your room right- it did. your brother took you opening the door wider to leave as an invite and waltzed right into your room, giving a curious glance to the blanket on the floor and the projector and settling on the edge of your bed.

ken: you gonna stand there all day? sit down already.

y/n: h-huh..? oh…yea right…

you stumbled slightly on your way to your desk chair mostly because your eyes kept gravitating toward your closet over and over and you were slow to drag the chair out, settling on it awkwardly.

you didn’t mean for your voice to be so high pitched but you couldn’t worry about that when your brother raised a brow.

your brothers face darkened as his eyes found yours and you unconsciously stopped breathing.

you could feel the beads of sweat forming along your head at this point because everything your brother was saying just made your mind shoot right back to mikey, to the closet, and your eyes kept trailing to it, until he noticed.

you flinched, quickly turning your eyes to his: y..yes?

ken: what’s wrong? I’m trying to talk to you and you’re not even listening! and you’ve been staring at the closet, is there something in there?

you hesitated for just a second but that was enough for your brother to be on his feet and moving and you quickly lunged on him, hugging his hip.

y/n: k-ken! it’s not that- I-it’s just..SPIDER!

it was random but you thanked your useless mind for finally siding with you and shot a finger to the corner of your room by the door, pointing at the spider that wasn’t there.

y/n: K-KILL IT! KEN KILL IT!!

your brother turned and looked around frantically but couldn’t see any sign of the insect, because it wasn’t even there to begin with, but you had to distract him.

ken: where-

y/n: under the door! I-it just ran out! Quick ken catch it!!

ken: ughhh ok but we’re still gonna talk later!

as soon as your brother ran out the door after the nonexistent spider, you shut it and ran over to your closet, opening it to reveal your pouty boyfriend manjiro with his hands on his knees looking utterly pitiful.

y/n: …are you ok?

manjiro, sulking: mm. is he gone?

y/n: yeh he said we’ll talk later..

you helped your boyfriend out of your closet and gave him a little kiss to help dissipate his pout but he kept whining about aches that probably weren’t actually there just to get you to massage him so as you played the film on your projector, you rubbed his skin gently. until the door opened without even a knock this time.

ken: hey sis I left my phone on your-

manjiro, draken. draken, manjiro. their eyes met and you all stood still. manjiro just stared and you didn’t even dare to breathe meanwhile draken just had a slightly surprised slightly confused look on his face, before he smiled slightly.

ken: what are you guys even doing?

manjiro: dating.
