I don't know if it was mental but today was brutal and it's only the first day of doing psmf. Even though I was restricting before I didn't feel as bad as I do now - and I was getting less protein and felt more hungry then. Wednesday will officially be a week of me being on a diet and i'm happy with my results (even if it is just 11lbs of ~water weight~) and want to keep it going. I can do this. I will do this. 
I plan to have a free meal next monday. I hope to stick with this for AT LEAST two weeks - hopefully longer.
