Veganism and Animal Rights
Going vegan is not only important for the world, the climate or for your own ethical or lifestyle benefit but also to the lives of animals.
One of the main reasons many choose a vegan lifestyle, is to prevent animal cruelty. It comes down to their ethical and emotional standpoint to why they do what they do.

Meat producer treats an animal as their product , for the purpose of making profit. Some animals may not even experience sunlight or fresh air, being born into a farm where no one cares about their life, only about making dollars and pennies off of them. For example: chicken are injected with chemical and substances for them at an exceptional rate so that they generate eggs and maximise meat content. 
Cows raised for beef and are sent to out for slaughter at only 18 months old Male calves are murdered at only half a month old for veal, while female calves are forced into milk production.Mother Pigs are forced to stay in their crate that’s so small they can’t even move so that human can exploit her unborn piglets for money and profits. 
These animals are treated and killed in the most inhumane way as if their well-being means nothing as you may have come acrossed on the internet, that are even concerned by international authorities

Why go vegan?
Going vegan has become increasing popular in today’s world, with vegan food trends often going viral online. But what’s the benefit of going vegan and why is it so increasing popular?

Veganism, a plant based diet that contains no animal-derived product what-so-ever , not even milk cheese nor any form of meat. One of the most important reasons of many are turning vegan must be due to the emotional attachment towards animals , how meat producer treat these animals for us to have a food on our plate. 
Going vegan is also important on a global scale. Going vegan helps reduce the level of carbon emissions on the planet. “Biomass and crops for animals are as damaging as [burning] fossil fuels.” said Professor Edgar Hertwich , the lead author of UNEP ( United Nations Environment Programme ). Diverting ourselves away from animal product can not only be beneficial to the ecosystem and help tackle the rising temperature of the world but also be beneficial to our health.
Going vegan doesn’t rob us of any nutrients from any other meat diet. You can get proteins from beans, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, soya. Try high starchy fibre to keep you full such as meals from oats, sweet potato, wholemeal bread, wholewheat pasta and brown rice and of course don't forget fruits and vegetables. With modern cuisine , and talented food specialist vegan food can be pretty amazing if you do it right , so may be invest a little in cookbooks and you will not miss out. Let’s get real, there’s even an impossible-meat that’s out on the market; that’s how far we’ve come.
It’s not as hard as you think. Start small. Swapping out your regular milk with soy milk and you’ve already made an impact to the world.
