Blogs do not always need to have a commercial objective. They can help develop your communication skills, formulate your thoughts better and expand your knowledge. I hope to benefit my readers by creating trust through the information and content that is shared and that also contributes something positive to their lives. I feel satisfied with what I have achieved with this project because thanks to this I have the knowledge to use and create a blog but the most valuable thing to set a goal is not to achieve the final goal, but to enjoy the effort during the process and learning .

“Khatyn, the bloody massacre in which the Nazis burned alive babies and children.”
Vladimir Katriuk, member of the SS and alleged perpetrator of this tragic episode, has died without being convicted. March, 22nd of 1943. In the middle of the Second World War, a unit of the fearsome Nazi SS (the most ideologized troops of Adolf Hitler) arrives in the small Belarusian town of Khatyn. Their thirst for revenge is insatiable, because they have just lost one of their officers for the attack of a group of enemy soldiers. Without a word, they take a whole town out of their homes. Women with babies in their arms, children, sick people and men of all ages. Blinded by the anger, they force a good part of them to put themselves in a shed, which they close with lime and song and to which they later set fire. It is their cruel way of repairing the grievance they have just suffered and, incidentally, bringing 149 innocents to the grave. This cruel episode of History, which seems to come out of a science fiction movie, really happened and is again in the mouth of many affected by the fight. No wonder then, as several international newspapers have pointed out, last week Vladimir Katriusk left the world, a seemingly harmless 93-year-old beekeeper who, at another time, helped - presumably - to perpetrate the Khatyn massacre. Known for being the second Nazi war criminal most wanted by the Jewish center Simon Wiesenthal, his death has outraged the world. Not because of the death itself, but because he had requested that his case be reopened so that he could be tried and convicted for his crimes. faced with the strength and despair of the people, the house ended up giving way and the prisoners managed to escape. Wrapped in flames, yes. At that time the Nazis, undaunted, prepared their weapons and murdered the vast majority. There were 75 minors among them. Immediately after, and after finishing with everyone who came in their way, they reduced the village to ashes in the most literal sense of the phrase. Luckily, some children survived to tell this tragedy that, in the following years, overwhelmed the whole world. Specifically, only two children escaped from that killing in the shed. They were Viktor Zhelobkovich (7 years old) and Anton Baranovski (12 years old). Both had entered the building, but managed to leave holding hands of his mother. However, his mother ended up dying by a German shot. In his last act of kindness, it fell on the body of his little one, protecting him from those murderers. In minor, for its part, had to wait for hours with the body of his mother on until the Germans left the position. Although the identity of all the Germans present in that horrible event was never known, there was always a name that stood out above the rest: Vladimir Katriuk, a Ukrainian who was second on the list of Nazi war criminals more wanted and who died last week at 93 years of age The years went by for him and, curiously, this Ukrainian won the trust of the people of Ormstown (south of Montreal), where he spent his last years. Thus, until a few weeks ago, the Jewish and Israeli Relations Advisory Center asked the government of Canada to reopen its case. They tried to prove that he had killed dozens of people in Khatyn, something that had not been achieved in 1999, when - in a trial - no evidence against him was found. However, finally the old man has died without explaining himself again in court.

Quote
Michael Jeffrey Jordan; from New York. American basketball player considered the best in the history of this sport. Certainly, since a professor of American gymnastics invented basketball in the late nineteenth century until the 1980s, he never saw a prodigy comparable to that of this legendary basketball player. At 1.98 meters tall, Michael Jordan was a good defender, an excellent scorer and a fast and imaginative passer; but much more striking was still his extraordinary ability to jump and the acrobatic maneuvers he used to dodge the rival defense and reach the basket. He seemed able to remain suspended for a moment in the air. Although born in the New York borough of Brooklyn, Michael Jordan's childhood was spent in the town of Wilmington, in the state of North Carolina, which had moved with his family. Amateur from small to basketball, began to emerge while still a teenager; At the age of thirteen, his father had a basketball court built in the backyard of his house, where he began to be the admiration of the neighborhood and neighbors who gathered on the evenings of the weekend to play basketball and barbecues. It was impossible for a talent like yours to fail in a country like the United States, the first uncontested power in the second most popular sport in the world after football. Part of such hegemony comes from the optimal organization of university and professional basketball. The National Basketball Association, universally known by the acronym NBA, was born in 1949 from the merger of two other existing professional leagues: the American Basketball Association (BAA) and the National Basketball League (NBL). The league of the NBA is disputed in two areas or conferences, East and West, divided, in turn, into four divisions: Atlantic and Central for the first and Midwest and Pacific for the second. Each team constitutes a franchise linked to a city, although the franchise may change its location. However, to promote equality of competition, the NBA introduced the drafts system, by which the lowest ranked teams in each division had the power to choose first the most promising players from the powerful university league, the NCAA . In a short time, the level reached by the American professional teams became so high that the superiority of the NBA over any other national league would be overwhelming. Like so many other NBA players, Michael Jordan took his first steps in the college league. In 1981 he joined the team of the University of North Carolina, and two years later was already elected best player of the university season, a distinction he received again in 1984. In the summer of 1984, when Michael Jordan was already known in the United States United with the nickname of "can can do it all", he was part of one of the best North American basketball teams that, under the direction of Bobby Knight (coach of the University of Indiana), won the gold medal in the Olympic Games of Los Angeles (1984), after beating in the final the selection of Spain. The American quintet (Leon Wood, Michael Jordan, Sam Perkins, Wayman Tisdale and Patrick Ewing) overwhelmed all their rivals, bringing Jordan's talent to shine around the world. The same year of his triumph at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles, he began his career in professional basketball: he was chosen in the NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls, a team that he would remain with throughout his career and with the one that won six NBA championships (1991-1993 and 1996-1998). Maximum encestador in ten seasons, obtained an average of 32 points by party, absolute record of the NBA, and was chosen better player in 1988, 1991, 1992, 1996 and 1998. Michael Jordan attended his second Olympic date in Barcelona 92, the first games in which, due to a change in regulations, professionals were allowed to participate. The United States team, which would be called the "Dream Team" and had the best players of the moment: Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Hakeem Olajuwon or Charles Barkley, in addition to Michael Jordan. The result was predictable: the "Dream Team" won the gold with overwhelming superiority and also became one of the top attractions of the Games. In October of 1993, after the murder of his father, he left the competition, but returned to the NBA in March of 1995 and became again the star of the Chicago Bulls. When he returned, the NBA did not allow him to use number 23, which had been removed from the Chicago Bulls. But shortly after the superstitious Jordan requested it as a special favor, and those responsible for the tournament allowed him to play with the legendary number. Another of the many hobbies of this extraordinary basketball player was to wear, under the clothing of the Bulls, some clothes from the University of North Carolina, for having achieved their first success there. His second stage was as triumphant as the first: Michael Jordan managed three new NBA championships for his team (1996-1998), and his image ended up overflowing the tracks. In 1997 he starred in the animated film mix and real images "Space Jam" with Bugs Bunny as a partner, which became a huge box office success, and announced the creation of a sportswear company that bears his name. If on the court he stood out for his spectacularity, elegance and intelligence, outside of it he was always admired for his simplicity and honesty. At the beginning of 1999 he announced his retirement from active sports, but he still returned to the top competition with the Washington Wizards, and continued to add records to his impressive statistics between October 2001 and April 2003, the date of his definitive withdrawal.

Interview of my blog.
The term "innovate", by force of use, is beginning to lose its meaning, becoming a buzzword that everyone uses lightly. Innovation is more than "doing things differently", and it is not the same as I & M, a term that is often mixed with innovation ... I & M is transforming money into knowledge, and innovation transforms knowledge into money . Regarding its benefits, I think there are several, but in no case are they in the short term. Innovation is a strategy, a competitive option, and as such it must be developed in the long term. Innovating allows us to market our products in markets that we would not have access to until we redesigned our cost structures, making them more flexible or even designing new business models to work on ... as you can see, there are many options, but none is fast or simple. Social media is really an attitude, a way of understanding life, both personal and business. Social networks are only a tool. An ax is only good or bad depending on how we use it. I think the problem is that we confuse having information with having knowledge. For all that information to be transformed into knowledge and leave a concern in us, we must reflect and analyze things, something that we do less and less every time.

“Southpaw”
It’s one of those tapes that is going unnoticed on the billboard; a drama about a talented boxer who suddenly loses everything and then begins his path to redemption, it sounds like something already seen, I know. And surely Rocky's name also comes to your head, although the plots are not the same, they share many elements that make them similar; but the movie Southpaw is not in itself a movie about boxing, but rather we talk about redemption and the eternal dilemma about dropping or continuing to fight, to stop every time you receive a blow of life or stay lying and in the movie Revenge we see this dilemma literally and metaphorically speaking this conflict about surrendering or redeeming. The film Southpaw is the story of Billy Hope, a boxer from very humble origins in New York, who became the great champion of several boxing leagues; a family man who is routed by Maureen, his wife, a woman who, in addition to loving him with all her heart, is in charge of making decisions in the family. Everything seemed to go well, until a competitor arrives on the scene and takes Billy out of his box at a charity event and that altercation ends in a lost shot that kills Maureen and then Billy's fall begins, not only in his career , but personally the box champion loses everything, his house, his money, his titles, his life and even his daughter, who ends up in the custody of the government. So Billy will have to start from scratch to get another second chance and he does not do it thinking about regaining fame or money, but the most important thing in his life, his daughter. With the help of an exceptional coach, Billy will learn about life, defeats, falling on his feet and using his brain to protect himself from the blows of life. In my opinion more than a film about boxing is a film that reminds us that there will always be a better opponent than us in the other corner, hoping to knock us out but it is our decision if we fight, if we dodge the blows and if we return them or stand up .

“Hostage”
It is a vibrant story that captures the viewer by the internal tension to which he subjects his characters. Some time ago, Jeff Talley was one of the best police negotiators in Los Angeles. However, a terrible event changed his life and "forced" him to move to the police station in the quiet town of Bristo Camino, where he lives with his wife and daughter. But his peaceful police work is altered when three criminals decide to enter to rob a luxurious mansion on the outskirts. The chance dictates that there live a mafia link that is prepared to make an important delivery. The mafia operation is paralyzed. Jeff Talley knows nothing about it and only thinks about convincing the young criminals to give up their efforts, but meanwhile they have found a succulent stash of dollars ... And while Jeff realizes that one of the kidnappers is a psychopath very dangerous, receives a brutal threat from the criminal organization. Jeff will have to overcome his past and negotiate like never before. Interview: We are, yes, before an action movie, with a development perhaps conventional, but at the same time it is much more than a topic story of kidnappers, hostages, hard cops and dollars ... Because the script - written by Doug Richardson from the novel Robert Crais - does not forget the characters, especially the protagonist, a complex and tormented Bruce Willis, far removed from the character of sarcastic tics that has reported the greatest successes of his career. Now it resembles more the suffering style that M. Night Shyamalan drew from him in films like The Sixth Sense and The Protected. On the other hand, in his first film in English the French director Florent Siri (Nest of wasps) gives much importance to the atmosphere, and, apart from some surprising turn, extraordinarily doses the intrigue, which - and here is an outstanding find - takes place at a time inside and outside the house, with a more than correct assembly by parallel actions. And, apart from Willis, stands out in the cast the young Ben Foster, who composes a psychopath that really gives chills. Deep characters Undoubtedly, in Hostage, the characters of the cops Jeff Talley (Bruce Willis) and the psychopath Mars Krupchek (Ben Foster) set the tone. "It's the beauty of chaos, I think it makes Mars vibrate," Ben Foster explains, "He likes to watch, that's the key point, he likes to look at everything, Mars sees everything as a fantasy, for me he's a desperate romantic with a very violent side, there is a lot of ambiguity in their actions. "And Willis, who also worked as a producer, explains:" Hostage starts with a sudden and difficult circumstance that leaves my character helpless before his own emotions and triggers a series of events that They will take us to the core of the story, we work closely trying to delve into the emotions of my character. “No Escape”
Owen Wilson has a job that makes him move to Asia with his family and just when he arrives he realizes that it was not the best moment to have made the decision to travel because the city is at the beginning of a coup d'état in the which will be trapped with very little chance of surviving. The director John Erick Dowdle who has a career in horror films and suspense took the best of himself to give to escape a strong dose of suspense 90% of the film because the results of each action that Owen Wilson takes are not as predictable as in any film with suspense and this guarantees you do not want to close your eyes to not lose detail of where each movement of the characters will take and that makes it a spectacular movie. It is an impossible mission without escape for the protagonists because first they are trapped in the hotel where they stayed, the story and the plot of the film is quite simple and that makes it very good. Once the action starts when Owen Wilson is caught in a mob of people who are involved in the coup, from that moment until the end of the movie you will find yourself with a lot of tension that keeps you on the verge of madness , I think one of the strongest elements was that the script where Wilson is concerned about keeping his family alive above all things and leaving Pierce Brosnan the role of Rambo behind the gun in many action scenes, this It seemed great and a good turn in the action movies since commonly in similar situations the main protagonist of the nothing learns to shoot more bullets, hitting all but not, in no escape we can live to the limit the events from a more human point of view and realistic without forcing the decisions of the protagonists, the question is to survive and do what is necessary to achieve it.

“This is America”
Childish Gambino, an artist who released a song This is America. The video of the song ignited two of the most critical conversations that the United States has had recently: racism and the control of firearms. The video message from Gambino seems to be more focused on the defense of black people and against the weapons policy advocated by President Donald Trump. The first shock comes when Gambino takes a gun and shoots the man who plays the guitar on his head. The peculiar position with which Gambino shoots has been compared to that of Jim Crow, a character that represented the laws of racial segregation in the United States. In this scene, the contrast between the careful way in which Gambino gives the weapon to a child and the way in which the man withdraws it dragged attention. This has been interpreted as a criticism of the way in which the United States gives more importance to weapons than to the victims of them. From then on, Gambino makes all kinds of erratic movements, which are imitated by a group of children dancing with him. Behind them, however, the scene has become chaotic, with chases, robberies, fights, suicides and fires. The choreography of Gambino and the boys has been seen as a criticism of the way in which society prefers to be distracted from the really important things. That is, we have just seen the murder of a man and only seconds later we are already entertained by the ridiculous dance of Gambino, who tries not to see what happens behind him. The next strong blow of the video is the scene that Gambino enters the place dancing and with an AK-47 rifle kills them all. This scene has been compared to the massacre in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2015, in which a white supremacist murdered 9 parishioners in a church that is a symbol of the struggle for civil rights in the United States. The use of mobile phones in the video also attracted attention, since children who look at their phones have been interpreted as a distraction that distances them from reality.

“Pa’ Lante”
Hurricane Maria made landfall in Puerto Rico in September 2017. Almost nine months later, some citizens remain without power or water, and a larger portion of the population still feels traumatized and abandoned. Those less-than-effective relief efforts have inspired artists, musicians and organizers to raise awareness, funds and spirits to support victims of this natural disaster. Alynda Segarra, the Puerto Rican leader of Hurray for the Riff Raff, makes a point to represent the island and her lineage in her music, and shows support for the struggles Puerto Ricans are going through. Her song "Pa'lante," which NPR Music ranked No. 5 in its Best Songs Of 2017 list, is a fierce ode to her people's resilience. With samples from famous Nuyorican poet Pedro Pietri and the titular reference to the name of the Young Lord's newspaper, justice and perseverance are at the center of the song's message. “Pa'lante" is such a philosophical concept. No matter how bad things get, you can move forward. It's this weird life philosophy that permeates day to day for a lot of Puerto Ricans. felt compelled to show Puerto Ricans in honest and simple ways that emotionally connects with people. I'm into the feelings the working class goes through. I think the working class Puerto Rican is a story that hasn't been told.

“Into the wild”
It is first of all, a real story. Christopher McCandless, 22, decides, after graduating from college, to live the most important adventure of his life. An adventure in the American West that has him as the protagonist (under the pseudonym Alexander Supertramp) and nature. Far from society, which so suffocated him; far from materialism and money, which mortified him so much; far from his parents, who hurt him so much, in short, far from everything, Christopher decides to embark on this journey whose goal is nothing more nor less than Alaska. Christopher McCandless had a well-formed idea about the society of the time, the family group, and the environment in which he lived his day to day. This idea is the engine that drove McCandless' decision, which led him to "throw everything out" and go out in search of adventure. “The society. You know, society. Because you know what I do not understand? I do not understand why people, why every damn person is so mean to their neighbor so often. It does not make sense to me. Judging. Control. All that, the whole spectrum. " When McCandless is asked what people he is referring to, he does not hesitate a second to respond: "You know, the parents, the hypocrites, the politicians, the corrupt." Throughout the film, and as Christopher progresses on his journey, we discover, thanks to the flashbacks, small details in the lives of the McCandless, which in some way help us understand (I would not say share) the rejection and " I hate "that the protagonist feels towards his parents, and therefore, the society that surrounds him. Deception, violence, ostentation, a heavy backpack for a young man who is not ready, and above all things do not want to adapt to that life, surrounded by luxury, materialism, foolishness, hypocrice. Only his sister Carine manages to be safe from all the resentment that Christopher overthrows his family. However, and like his parents, he ends up suffering the same, or worse, because of his brother's departure and the lack of news about his whereabouts. On the road that McCandless embarks on to Alaska appear peculiar characters, admirable, and above all, lovable (I will not focus on everyone, only on some). Christopher, in his own way, creates a bond with each one of them. Rainey and Jan are two of the strongest characters in history. The hippie couple that picks him up on the road and with which McCandless establishes one of the strongest and most emotional links throughout the film. With separations and reunions in between and with a Jan who sees in him his son also "disappeared" on the road, whose loss can not yet overcome, we can say that Christopher McCandless discovers that within that suffocating society, there is an escape, There is fresh air, there are human beings who are worth it, who live with little, but who give without expecting anything in return. With this couple, we got to know Tracy, played by Kristen Stewart. We could say that together with McCandless, they star in the "love story that never was". A young singer, with whom Christopher establishes a bond of friendship (although the young woman pretends something more), and with which we are partakers of one of the sweetest scenes of the film. Arriving at the end, we find Ron Franz, the character who manages to soften the heart of even the coldest and most insensitive. Franz's story is perhaps the saddest of all but the one that calls most to reflection. Not only ours, but the protagonist of this whole adventure. He is a character who has suffered excessively throughout his life, after the death of his wife and son, and who, in his eagerness to overcome pain, resorts to alcohol. This is the character that teaches Christopher the most, in every way. With a couple of sentences he manages to make him think, although he can not change his mind, because nobody does it. "Walk two years on earth. No phone, no pool, no pets, no cigarettes. Absolute freedom. An extremist. A traveler of the aesthetic whose home is the road. And now after two years of walking, the final and most important adventure arrives. The climactic battle to kill the false inner self and conclude the spiritual revolution victorious. Without being more poisoned by civilization he flees, and walks alone on earth to get lost in nature. "Alexander Supertramp, May of 1992. If we analyze the trajectory of the character, we come to the conclusion that, after all, McCandless managed to mature. There was the evolution curve of the character that I've been talked about so much in script lessons. The experience has helped him to confirm many things, to understand many others, to reflect on all of them. Happiness is only real when it is shared "... human beings can not survive alone. We do not exist without the others. It is in our nature. We are born in a group (the family), we forge and educate ourselves with the institutions and we develop completely in the largest group of all, society. With our ideals, with our thoughts, with our values. We can not live alone. We need the other, always.

Punta Cana
Punta Cana is a renowned tourist destination worldwide, and the most important in the entire Dominican Republic. When you visit Punta Cana, you will experience the best of the Caribbean. Most tourists make trips to Punta Cana through a travel agency package as my family did looking for All-Inclusive hotels. The Dominican Republic is on an island, and that's why the Punta Cana International Airport is the main entrance for international travelers.
With respect to the beaches, the best known is Bavaro Beach, where most of the Punta Cana hotel complexes are concentrated. It presents all the attributes of the best Caribbean beach, such as fine white sand, transparent warm sea, temperature ideal and coconut trees.
Almost all hotels offer guests the well-known "All Inclusive" modality, where it offers everything the traveler needs to enjoy their stay, from meals, leisure facilities (swimming pools, spa, gym, sports fields) , entertainment services for both adults and children, exclusive and semi-private beaches. The food was the most that I liked because it was unlimited and I gained weight those 7 days I was in the place.
Younger people will want to know the nightlife of Punta Cana, which is very attractive and intense. Clubs of international fame such as Coco Bongo, Mangu, Imagine, are in Punta Cana, so young people have varied options to dance and enjoy the night with their friends early and book before going to breakfast.
If you want tranquility you will have to be on the beach or in the baby pool since the entertainment group is quite noisy in the adult pool sector, if you like there are several activities to participate. I like noise and we laugh a lot. The animation in general is entertaining but with the repetitive and not very creative days, it could be better if they do more different things. I get tired a little because nobody likes monotony.
Beware of shopping outside the hotel, as they are very insistent that you take something and start with very high prices and end up offering them at less than a third of the initial price, at the hotel prices are not expensive and can be better alternative if You do not like to bargain or negotiate. I recommend taking photos with photoshop of the hotel since it is a nice memory of the family, the problem is that they charge 12 dollars per photo, but if you do a full session you can improve the price, even it is expensive for 40 photos my mother paid 200 dollars but it was the way to take the memory. If you go for 7 nights you have the right to book 3 of 5 hotels for dinner, do it immediately and if you can not stay without schedules and you will not have that privilege of eating in fine places.
To check out they offer a courtesy room while you are at the hotel (they are showers and bathrooms but they are very cold by the air) and they leave you the bracelet so you can keep consuming until you leave. The transfer back bus delayed 20 minutes more than the account what worried us since there was no warning.
Punta Cana is beautiful and unique. Your environment will love it. I recommend running Go Karts, Four Tracks, among others. Participate in everything. I would visit again but with a group of friends. With friends you have more freedom and you will have more fun.
It is a different environment, they will learn many good and bad things. If you go on a tour, you will see the real world. The sand roads, people asking for money, houses without roof, among other things. That broke my heart. Not because you are in a 5 star hotel means that Punta Cana is well economically. In all countries there are normal people, rich people and poor people.
The people are friendly, the attention of the staff was excellent at all times, they always had a smile and were always ready to assist you. In those times I was closer to my cousin. We are already big and we do not have much communication because according to him, he is bus. I will include him in that group with which I want to make the trip. With the I, many good and bad things have happened since childhood.

¿Whose eyes are you looking through?
My name is Gabriel Santiago Hernández and I lived in Carolina, Puerto Rico. I still remember the times when I was a child, people without knowing me in less than 2 days took me sweetie for the face of good child. Well raised by a mother and a stepfather who disguised as a father. They always took me on the right path and asked God not to go out as a trafficker or as a murderer. I was a kid with good grades, I played baseball but after that I stopped liking and started playing basketball. They taught me to compete regardless of the victories or the defeats. I wanted to be "happy as a worm", if I fell I would get up no matter the scar. Always in the mind that I wanted to be someone different even though I committed like any other child. In the evenings to God, I asked him to leave the joy of the noble heart he had. In middle school, I went to try out and they never caught me. A teacher told me that I was going to be a failure in life. I managed to graduate with high honor. Between High School I was finally able to enter the basketball team. I became a student-athlete. If we got bad grades we could not play. I was in the honor roll and being a member of the team until the 4th year. I achieved my goal of graduating 4th grade.

Then begin the bad thoughts, indecisions and sadness when I was alone in 4 walls, about where to go to study because I took a bad college board and for what I wanted to study the IGS did not qualify. I asked for advice but I did not like the options that they gave me. I was afraid that they would not take me to any university and study what I want. I wanted to be UPR. I did not qualify in any of my area for what I wanted to study. I had to go through another concentration to at least be inside the university. So far everything is going great, many jobs, I'm getting used to this new environment step by step. I am working at the airport at night, 5 days a week, until now everything is going as it should be and I hope to learn many things from this first job. I had a girlfriend, we were 1 year and 7 months but because on the change of routine in the university and work she decided to leave me because I was not going to have time for her. There are people who come into our lives with a purpose and a time. They leave when that energy is no longer compatible. Do not try to join the oil with the water because you lose energy in stirring and stirring but they will remain unattached. I'm still not where I'd like to be, but the good thing is that I'm not where I was before. The toughest opponent is in my head, I'm over it and I smile.
