i redownloaded tiktok fairly recently, and apparently it’s confirmed, skinny is back. so idk who needs to hear this but being thin is not worth the brain fog, it’s not worth being cold all the time, it’s not worth barely being able to stay awake past 3-5 pm, it’s not worth losing hair, it’s not worth developing endometrial cancer because your chronic undereating has caused chronic ammenhorrea. it will never be worth it.

lift heavy weights, eat enough protein and fiber, get in your steps, but seriously, do not make your efforts to live a healthier lifestyle solely focused on weight loss, it will become a slippery slope QUICKLY.
