Part 1 of me yapping about my opinions on Lolirock ships! First up: Kyle/Talia! Thank you @princessserenity14 for asking!

Long post ahead!

Oof starting off with a very hated ship how bold am I lol (actually it was just because I had a clear idea for the drawing)

It deserves so SO much better and it could've been so good. The Tumblr blog actually sums it up really well!

I really wish we could've gotten the episode that the person who runs the blog suggested would've been really nice. Talia just seems like the type who doesn't immediately fall for someone so for her to have a friends to lovers thing would've been nice, especially since it would've contrasted nicely with Iris and Auri's love stories.

Rex was a better episode tho it still had its flaws (why would you make Talia get a hobby for a boy??? Let her have some self respect)

Though I mourn for it in canon I do like hearing how fanon gives him hobbies and sometimes fixes the episodes to give them more development. Part of me wishes Kyle comes back in S3 (if it happens) just so the team can maybe fix their mistakes, go back to having them be friends for now cause Talia's life is just too chaotic at that moment while also telling Iris/Auri to not shove her into a relationship

Also I've heard (not confirmed) that they initially wanted to give Talia a gf, not sure if it's true but I love that so I did a screenshot redraw where I attempted to genderbend Kyle (now Kylie!) I don't genderbend characters often so I didn't know if I should change her clothes or not so I just kept em. Did add an earring cause I thought it'd be cute!

Sorry if you're a bit tired of me sending asks, but I was wondering if you planned on being more active with this account? Totally understand if you've moved on!

no you're fine! I would say this account is dormant. I'm pretty busy with a lot of other stuff these days and 1. I haven't actively engaged with Lolirock in quite a while, and 2. if I did, I'd probably be drawing it more so than properly running a tumblr blog, something I also haven't done in a while. however! if we get a season three, I will absolutely come back to this blog, because I'll be watching it.

either way I appreciate your interest! I do still love lolirock, so it's not that I've moved on exactly, just that I'm waiting for another season to come out to really get back into it.

I have about a million ideas for the twins in a redemption arc and a bunch of conflicting headcanons. One or which is not being able to decide if Prax would go back to her old hair style or have shorter hair given her main villain bob. Clearly I went with the short option for this one lol.
