I want punch my knuckles bloody

I want to scream until the heavens and hell tell me to “keep it down”

I want feel something, anything available. I’ll take the bad even if it doesn’t come with the good

I want to be destructive over the lasting numbness that always follows

I want to throw expensive things and break the pictures that mean the most to me

If I hurt physically, mentally or completely self sabatoge everything I hold dear. Just know i did it simply feel something again.
