Here is an unfinished version of my fresh box for M&S. This has been printed out on cartridge paper therefore it doesn’t look too neat as the paper was very fragile and bent easily. I will try to create my final design on cardboard to prevent this from happening. For my final design i plan to cut out the white background from the illustration and I will use some accitate so that you can see the content inside of the box
Film making workshop-premier pro workshop- We got given the task to create a video on surfaces using the techniques which we had learned in our previous film making workshop. I decided to take pictures of different surfaces on the human body as i found it quite interesting as there where lots of textures. I added a title and some effects onto the images so that it was slightly morw interesting to watch.
Spawning movie poster- I created this poster for the spawning by layering 2 images from the movie on photoshop. I then tried out different effects to make it look really dark and mysterious. I added my typography and other information which you would have on a movie poster like the credits and a link.
Spawning web design- Here are my spawning templates that I created for my website. I created the templates on photoshop. I created the background image by layering 2 images together and changing the effects and opacity to create a scary feel. I really like how the image turned out as the face looks rather spooky. I also added my ‘spawning’ hand rendered type to each page as the websites which i had reasearched all had the film name on each page. I included other things which you would have on a website like the navigation links which lead to each page and some images from the film. To finish my website i need to section all of the buttons up by using the slice tool on Photoshop and then i will link them up on dreamweaver
Watercolour workshop-
During this workshop we had to pick an image and create a watercolour responce to it. I decided to go with an elephant as i may be able to use it on my packaging design for my graphic communication in context brief.
