9 months of travelling together and I'm pretty sure we've just birthed out of ourselves and into one another. It's a rare form of late stage Siamese twin syndrome. Oh mah gah, guyz. I still know how to do a handstand!! I honestly wasn't sure after only practicing them .3 times in the past 2 months. I've gotten very random injuries with my hips and knees on top of a plethora of travellers 💩s. So I've been focusing more on yoga just to get my body back in alignment from all the travels. Feels good to be upside down though 🙃 (at Santander, Colombia)

Just a few of the incredible plant based meals we've had here with our fam in Columbia! 💚 (minus the outmeal cacao cookies @austinrygh and i made every other night). Most of these goodz were created and/or inspired by mama @creeture. I've learned a lot from this lady and have really enjoyed all the cooking I've gotten to do for all the peeps on the land. I love playing magic pantry and having the freedom to throw together whatever I wish. Casually forcing everyone to eat my weird combos, one human at a time. 😁🌱🍄 (at Colombia)

Remember when we used to take our pants off every day for our morning & afternoon commute @annmariebow @ellafitzwater @itsmikesco @bumbling_band_of_baboons @dylanmontoure ? Cool. Me too. So yeah. Confession: this is my first time building a garden from scratch! Ever!!! I know, I can hardly believe it myself. I've always wanted to and am SO happy to finally have this opportunity.🌞@austinrygh designed the whole thang and has been teaching me everything there is to know about gardening. I loving digging my hands in the fresh soil, visualizing all the colorful vegetables that will soon sprout and giving back to mama gaia by using our own homemade compost. It's all a cycle, peepz. Leaf ants! These guys are my favorite. They are such incredible creatures seen all over South & Central America. Tiny leaf cutter ants can carry 50 times their own body weight! Can you carry a truck with your own teeth?? Jw. I haven't tried yet. I'll lyk. (at Colombia)
