Hello fellow swashbucklers. Following tomorrow’s update, we’ll be taking brief, no we promise not forever, pause on posting weekly updates for Captive’s Call. We love this story and it is is so incredibly important to us. Everything from the lore to the world building to the characters is very intricate and we want to get it right. So between that and busy offline lives we are choosing to take some time to do some in depth outlining and finish up other projects. We hope to be back sharing the tales of the Emerald Seas with you soon!!

HAHAHA Tell me what you know of Pirates? HEHE.

A Play on Balls is a WIP collab with @pillowqueen26 that's been sitting in our google docs for probably 8 months. We wanted to figure out as many ways as possible to incorporate balls. Literal ones (testicles), figurative ones (he's got balls), fancy parties (balls and galas), probably even actual sporting equipment balls? I have no idea how it came about. We have so many words for balls in that document and a tiny bit of plot. I am not sure it will ever see the light of day. But never say never!

Ok, I hope I'm doing this right! MHC London - An extension/reworking of the Mile High Club one-shot I wrote a year ago. It will be a multi-chapter fic with all kinds of fun tropes like a fake engagement. Eyes Wide Closed - Ever seen Eyes Wide Shut? But make it more intriguing. And make it FW.

You are not alone because ... YES. Yes. and Yes. I need Mira/Syrena to be canon. Like yesterday.

Am I the only one a upset that Mira isn't getting with Syrena. Like who even is this drake guy? No offense to him he seems lovely but like... Syrena. Also that whole exchange between Syrena and Mira where Syrena was talking about how drake would be perfect for Mira? Well Mira just says she doesn't date flyers and my stupid brain said "you mean you don't date guys?" And then Syrena says that Drake probably wouldn't go for her either and my brain was all like "would he go for Brennan?" And quite honestly My brain is still yapping about that. I really would like to like Mira and Drake but all I can think is that Mira and Serena would have the hottest enemies to lover (aside for Xaden and violet obvi). Also I feel like Drake is just too nice for Mira. Anyway that's my rant.
