Behind the scenes, our team has been planning and plotting something BIG. And it's not just us, either; we've teamed up with the Scarland Artbook organizers! After months of nonstop effort, we're eager to invite YOU to our biggest project yet.

What is A2Z?

Artbooks to Zinethologies is a collaborative charity event hosted by the organizers of both Scarland Artbook (@scarland-artbook) and HOTGUY COMICS (@hotguycomiczine), celebrating the Artbook's donation to Give Kids The World Village and aiming to fundraise a little extra in the process!

What will the event be like?

Falling somewhere between a streamathon and an online convention, our aim is to provide behind-the-scenes insight on how both of these massive projects came to life; answer questions on what it took to tackle them; and share our favorite anecdotes from each project. Three days of streaming, multiple panels, many participant-open activities, and several exciting announcements for the future are coming your way with A2Z's schedule!

So when is it?

Mark your calendars for May 23rd, 24th, and 25th to watch us dive deep into never-before-seen secrets and tidbits from these unique community projects. Keep your eyes peeled in the next few days for more information on our exact schedule, and what panels we plan to cover!

Good morning! As we've passed into our eighth day of the month, I wanted to take a moment to thank our fundraiser's donors so far! We've almost reached $500 raised and I know we can do so much more.

Thank you to Marii, lackyducks, fledge, Aceofthefandoms, dot-moth, JoJoNAloha, RainbowRam042, Psina, a10, vi, stoatunquote, Ari, nic, Crow, Skellybirdie, Chay, elki, Mysteriouswolf, Etho's mousepad, Grimaussiewitch, solidaritytek, Pookapufferfish, and 3 anonymous donors for your generosity over the last week!

As you know, we're raising money for the Hermits' favorite charity, Gamers Outreach, which puts mobile, sanitizable gaming kiosks called "GO karts" into children's hospitals around the world so that kids can have a mental break from the pain and monotony they're experiencing. It gives them something normal to do, an experience they can share with their friends and family - and, as I learned when I volunteered at GO's Gamers for Giving event, medical staff in some places have even started "borrowing" the karts while the kids are asleep for some decompression of their own!

You can pitch in to our fundraiser here - you have less than 4 days remaining to get as your incentive a ficlet commission by Leopardmask! And you can enter a raffle for as little as $1 - though I gotta say, some of those raffles are getting pretty competitive!

If you want some fun facts on this one and Hypno’s, I hadn’t designed either of them until like Day 4 which means I had none of this done until like three days ago. I use my time efficiently I swear.

Okay so this piece has been sitting in my dungeon for at least a couple of weeks, I wasn't going to post it as I wasn't really happy with it but. it grew on me so ig u can have it grrr

Edit: I ACCIDENTALLY GAVE HIM FALSE’S TEAM IN BATTLE ILL FIX IT WHEN IM ABLE LMAO

Finding the first gym seems to be a bigger issue than Jimmy expected. At least Mumbo was nice about it?

…now that Jimmy’s thinking about it, is it legal for another person to run a gym?

Fun Fact: Most of Mumbo's Pokémon are not his own, but Grian's. Porygon Z is the only Pokémon that is his and wasn't traded to him when Grian asked him to take over the gym
